guy had to go over my nail 3 times and restart, still does not look good. choppy, not smooth, did not remove callus, promised a 15% discount at the beginning for pedicure, and then proceeded to tell me that they did not offer discount. the manager is the only one that does good in that nail establishment. talking calmly the other employee with long dark hair started raising her voice and talking about us to other employees. little do they know, we know Vietnamese. finally got to talk to the manager that was very respectful and helpful. i will not be back with this $20 gift card UP FOR GRABS.

Best nail salon around! I always get the cat eyes! Have gone to several in the area and this is the only one I keep going back to. I did one time have 3 of my nails chip and Kassi honored her work and fixed them for free even though I broke them. Mimosas and other drinks available! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the nails don't pop off and look great every time!!

I apologize for the negativity in advance. If you go back into my reviews, you will see that I try not to give negative reviews. And if I do, it's just a suggestion or two. I Was waiting with family who were seated immediately and I was waiting on the next available tech that, when available, went directly to the walk in, no appointment, that came in after me. I decided to not get my complete set of dip nails I went there to get and, instead, just left with my family... because they also didn't appear to really want to help anyone. I realize that we all have bad days but the customers do deserve some consideration and it wasn't just with me, they seem to be short and not willing to do what the other customers wanted in terms of color length service etc. this was the second time that I gave them a chance. There won't be a third.

(inspiration picture is attached) I came in yesterday around 5 o’clock to get my nails done before I left for vacation. I didn’t leave till almost 9 o’clock. Extremely understaffed. I had to wait almost an hour in the middle of getting my nails done before I could get my design. I didn’t even get what I asked for! I asked for the ghost and flowers with a black square nail. I paid 70 dollars and I still tipped an extra 10 dollars. I tried to communicate I didn’t like what she was doing. I’m so embarrassed I have to go on vacation with these on my hands. I will not be back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! ( you can see SEVERAL flaws below)

My favorite nail salons in Tyler and in Lindale both closed within weeks of each other. I chose K Nail based on the Google reviews, which were so overwhelmingly good that I tried not to expect too much… But the Google reviews were spot-on! “Angie” did a wonderful job on my “deluxe” pedicure. The products were nice. You choose colors off a board, not a hundred bottles up on a wall, which was fine with. There was a wide variety. The salon itself is new and bright and not overly cluttered with oriental knickknacks. The owner or manager greeted me at the door, offered a drink (wide variety). The music was unobtrusive and there were two TVs (which I could have done without, but some patrons like. There was no continual upselling as you get in many salons. The pedicure is just three days old. I’ll edit once I see how long it lasts. The technicians spent their time concentrating on their work. There wasn’t a whole lot of chatter between them, which was nice. (Have you seen the Anjelah Johnson comedy spoof on nail salons? Hilarious!) Altogether, I wish there were a 5 star + rating!!

My grandma and I got our nails done today, and it was lit! The staff was super friendly and made sure we were totally happy with everything before we left. They even gave us a discount! 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

My friend and I had a pre-cruise pedicure appointment at another shop in February only to arrive and find that they had sold the business and the doors were locked. We then scrambled to find another salon. We were so lucky to stumble across K Nail Spa. They were so friendly and welcoming, even though we were walk-ins. The service we received was top notch and the price was good. I returned a couple months later and I was impressed again. This is now my go-to place and I will be telling all my friends.

Best salon I have been to in the past 4 years. I will definitely be revisiting!!! I do regular polish and some salons don't do it right, since they're so used to doing gel nails. I walked out of this salon feeling like my nails look gorgeous and perfect! Thank you so much!!! Also: customer service is fabulous and they offer many types of drinks!!! 😄😄🍷🍷

K Nails in lindale has the kindest staff! They do an amazing job making sure there customers are happy and get what they ask for. The nails are strong and last. I highly recommend them! Ty and Cassie you 2 are amazing!

Highly recommend! Brought my teenage daughter(picky)here for a fill a while back and she loved it. Decided to give them a try and I loved the service I received. Pedicure and full set. The pedicure was everything! I have short nail beds but you can’t tell with this new set. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just made my first visit there with my daughter for some pedicures. They were so very sweet and nice. I loved watching the interaction with both their regular customers and the new customers. This place will do very well in Lindale and is my new favorite place! Very clean and not cluttered at all. My daughter and I were both impressed with the level of service. We were there when they were very busy and shorthanded but that did not show in the level of customer attention or quality of work. They were still very nice and did excellent work!

Absolutely amazing experience! They were so sweet from the moment I walked in the door! Kevin did such an amazing job on my nails AND was so gentle! Tye was so sweet and has such a great personality and I honestly cannot wait to go back because they were so amazing!

Kevin , it was a first time coming in . He was super professional and sweet he took his time no rush . He took an hour and did such amazing work if you want someone to be calm and take time on your nails I would recommend Kevin he is amazing.
