I will never go back here. This is the 3rd time I have been disappointed with their services over several years. This most recent time I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails done. Right away I was rushed into a chair even though I had declined the first woman who offered to seat me because I needed time to choose the color I wanted. Well, once I sat down the woman I got never introduced herself, nor let me tell her what I wanted to have done. She started on my nails right away and didn't let me choose a color until she already had the acrylic nail tips on my fingers. While she was filing my nails, she made me bleed several times and never once said a word to me. I told her I wanted nail color 72 with a present bow in white on my ring finger. She said she was out of color 72 (although she never looked) and told me to choose a different color. She tried to make me choose the color she had sitting right next to her, but I told her I didn't want a sparkly polish on every nail. She continued with a short and rude attitude and consistently raised her voice at me telling me to relax my fingers throughout the whole appointment. It got to the point where other people were looking over at us. I was incredibly embarrassed and didn't appreciate her attitude towards me. I was relaxing my hands as much as I could, but she was bending my fingers to the point where it hurt. After she laid the acrylic down on my nails, I told her the color I wanted and she began to paint. She rushed so much. The color was done sloppy and she painted the incorrect bow on my finger. She then made a dot in a different color on the bow and whipped it off, leaving a streak of silver on my nail that she never fixed. By the time she was done, I was so frustrated and embarrassed I just left. As soon as I got to the car, my sister saw my nails and noticed how poorly they were done. They were crooked, the tips were too small for my nails, there were bumps on every nail, there was a ton of acrylic left underneath every nail, each nail was a different thickness, etc. She was incredibly upset as she paid for them as a Christmas gift to me. She called the owner and asked if we could get them redone. We made an appointment for 10am the next day for her to look them over and see what she could do. I get there 10 minutes before 10am the next day, and have to wait 40 minutes for the owner to become available. When she finally looks at my nails and I explain the prior day's events, all she does is offer to refile the nails and make them the color I originally wanted. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and just wanted anything done to make them better. The owner does the work and makes them color number 72, which they were actually out of. The other nail tech lied about that. She also redid the bow how I wanted it to originally be. Unfortunately, even the owner's work was poor, and since she never offered a new set, my nails were still crooked, poor fitting, etc. The bow the owner did doesn't even look very nice. After this experience, I will never go back, and neither will anyone in my family. If you decide to go, never let the stylist that did my nails do yours. I wasn't able to get her name, but she wears glasses, has bob length hair, and sits second to last on the right side of the salon. She has one other woman who sits between her and the pedicure chairs.

They do a great job with pedicures and everyone is really nice. I got a mani done there last Saturday, and after 5 days they were chipping and peeling off. This is after 8 days - almost completely gone.

Don’t even bother setting up an appointment :/ they will take whoever walk ins before you regardless of what time you set up with them. Our appointment was for 10:00am and we didn’t get started until 11:30 and left around 12:45ish for 2 pedicures. Normally I wouldn’t care too much but this messed up plans we had that day. The service was fine but they didn’t ask what we wanted and used shellac which I didn’t want (I understand it’s faster but idc because it doesn’t come off easily).

The ladies did a wonderful job on my mani and pedi! I had a photo of my bridesmaid dress and they matched the color perfectly! Make sure you have cash for a tip, you can’t add it on your credit card.

Misty did amazing in my wedding nails and toes! These are perfect and she was very understanding! This is my first time with acrylic and she was great about keeping them thin so they weren’t too much for me! Me and my bridesmaids had a great experience!

I’ve been going to K&K nails for 3 years and have never been disappointed. Misty is the best I’ve ever had. She is great on my nails and toes! And, she is fast! I get a lot of my compliments on my hombre nails!

When I first came here liked my nails. I've came back a few times and it continues to get worse. Have an appointment time set but wait over 20 minutes to get sat and made me get a fill to save time, I wanted completely new nails. Also didn't cut my nails down though I asked. Let her do her thing and they came out bad again. Will not be coming back.

I love these lovely ladies! As a man, I’m usually the minority but they ALWAYS make me feel comfortable and do an excellent job on my hands and feet. They always remember my name and things about me and make great conversation. Great job! Love em! i usually get my feet and hands done zz no polish but they can buy a nice buff on!. looks great on an exet!

I received great service and a deluxe shellac pedicure for my vacation. I have 2 active boys who I play with, and after 17 days of sun, sand, and surf, my toe nails have grown a bit, but the polish still looks amazing.

All the gals there are very friendly and they work hard to accommodate you. I go to Heidi regularly and schedule my appointments most of the time, however, there have been times I haven’t and the owner always finds a way to fit me in either by waiting a small amount of time or has me come back if the wait is too long as she knows I have no issue with either.

Always have a great experience here, the girls are nice and make my nails look wonderful! I had one break a day after I had a fill done and they fixed it for free when I went back that day.

Let me preface this review by saying 1. One star because you have to and 2,the dip set I had before this I had 2 top coats chip off but thought it was a fluke. Went in for dip the Saturday before Thanksgiving, by Thanksgiving 4 nails were popping off ( have never had this happen) They were closed the rest of the week, was finally able to come in the Saturday after ( with dated pictures to show the issue wasn’t because of how long it had been) Nina looked at nails and said “I’ll do them again for you “ after over an hour owner insisted that I pay half because of how long she worked ( only one other person came in after me so she wasn’t missing clients) I told her I was planning to tip the nail tech but they were replacing sloppy work, she insisted ( they had just closed as well so I literally needed her to unlock the door) The owner insisted still. The new set of nails were fine day of, but Nina did not use the UV light to set them only a top coat so the very next day the nails were scuffed and chipped. So to recap, terrible sloppy set originally, sat for over an hour to not even receive full service, and in the end paid over 100 ( original and replacement ) for 2 shotty jobs.

So writing this for my wife. Horrible experience we went in for a basic french manicure. The lady kept asking if I wanted shellac, i told her no. I don't typically spend money on this 22 is fine. Not kidding she asked my daughter 6 times if she wanted shellac, call your father he'll pay for it. She did a horrible job on her nails. My lady was better. Didn't force me or rush me. However doesn't make up for the horrible experience of the other lady. Never will go back.

Horrible experience. The girl was very fast. She did my eyebrows and a manicure and I hated both. I paid $26 for nothing. It looks like my 5 year old niece did it for me. Do not waste your money coming here.

I had an appointment at 11:30. I got the basic pedicure and was in and out in 20 minutes. I felt so rushed. I had to ask the gal doing my pedicure to fix a callus that I had on my big toe and she had no idea how to do it. She started cutting it with the cuticle cutters!! I got home and the nail polish is “soft” and if I touch it it makes a mark. Two of my toes are already ruined and its only been an hour since my pedicure has been done. I will NEVER go back.

I had my nails done there…”shellac” and it didn’t last a week before they cracked, chipped and looked terrible. I am not surprised, because the lady that did them was extremely rude and impatient

I've had manicures done there twice. Both times my nails were filed uneven. With the last one, it looks like my 12 year old son did my nails. They are very sloppy. It was also very rushed. I do not recommend this place.

The person doing my nails was very rude and rarely said anything to me unless she asked me to wash my hands. All of my nails are a different shape. Even after I told her the nail drill was hurting when it touched my skin she just looked at my funny and continued on. I will never be returning.

Was absolutely the worst nail experience I've ever had. They where very rude. Didn't want to understand I didn't like my nail short and thick, kept insisting it was my nail bed when really it was just too much product and crooked work.
