Stopped in because I was in the area and needed a fill. There were 3 employees holding the wall up and 1 employee doing nails. The receptionist asked what I would like done and I said a dip fill. One of the other employees walked up and said we are closed now. (But it shows they close at 7.) So I said oh are you not closing at 7 tonight? She said yes we are. Okay it’s 6:15? She says can you come back another day? No ma’am. I was excited to try out a different nail salon but I guess I’ll stick with my people in BR! If you’re open until 7 you need to be open until 7…

They did these just before Christmas for my daughter’s nails. Two were crooked. I went there one time and they were taking my old nails off and they ripped half my nail off.

Nice friendly place, if your nails chip or anything happens they will fix it for you. Very kind polite people. After I went back to get my nail fixed the same nail chipped again. Maybe it’s the color I picked. I’ve never had this happen, maybe the polish is old. I’m not sure. It’s a great place just being honest with my experience. I update regularly on all my reviews

The person who did my nails was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to me when it came to what I wanted on my nails. I had a picture of I wanted and I understand it wouldn’t be an exact match but she didn’t listen at all when I told her it wasn’t what I wanted. She also aggressively twisted and turned my arms, hands, and fingers instead of telling me where she wanted them. She also repeatedly hit my hand with her nail file when my finger moved too close to her or my arm moved in the slightest bit. I paid $60 for my nails and I honestly hate them. I wish I could get my money back. I will not be coming back. This place is terrible.

Took My girls here it was their first time the workers were wonderful they were very friendly and they did such great work went on a friend's recommendation and she was right I will continue to bring the girls here they absolutely loved it

I took my granddaughters to get her nails done also. This is the only nail salon I will go to. Love them.

I just moved here from NC and I cannot stress how different the environment is, in a much better way!!. Penny is my #1 I absolutely love her work! I also had a major surgery a few months ago on my ankle and leg and she was incredibly accommodating and when I had my pedicure done too. I honestly have never liked going anywhere to get my nails done compared to the wonderful work They do here!!! Y'all are so amazing!!🥰

My shellac stayed on for almost one complete month. Had to get them re-done only because they were so grown out! I've never had shellac last so long!

Used a nail tip to remove my previous full set, it was very painful. Also used drill tool to cut my cuticles and made 3 nails bleed. Entire process was rushed and painful. Do not recommend.

The team members are always extremely friendly! They do an excellent job and they are fast. My nails always look amazing and last for weeks. This is my new go-to nail salon!
