I originally went to get my eyebrows waxed but then she informed me about threading which I was nervous about and thought would be painful.And I absolutely loved it and because of that I would definitely start threading now. It was a very pleasant experience and she checked to see if I was okay and wanted to continue before going further since it was my first time threading.

I've been going for years for eyebrow threading and I won't go anywhere else! You can walk in and there is usually only a short wait if any. Friendly staff. They'll make you feel beautiful :)

Paid for a full face threading on 10/31. The process should of taken at least 15 minutes. The woman was done in about 5-7 minutes. The lighting in the place is poor and it was a cloudy day and I have blonde facial hair so I couldn’t see fine detail so when I got home I was able to see much better. What a poor job. There was so much hair left on my face; long and short. Paid 40 plus tip for such poor service. Very disappointed.

Today I came in at 6:15, and the hijabi working there said “we’re closed.” Then I said “Don’t you always close at 7? I even checked on Google and it said today you close at 7 today.” She said “no, closed at 6:30.” But it wasn’t even 6:30 yet, it was 6:15! I walked in at 6:15 and she already closed the store. Now I can’t have my eyebrows done for my event tomorrow. Very disappointed and not coming back.

Worst service. They charged me more for the service. I opted for waxing but then it didn't work on the first try. so they did threading, but still they charged me for waxing which is not used. Also they added extra price. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Reply for the Owner: I opted for Eyebrow threading, chin and lip waxing. Even though they did threading for chin and lip they charged me for waxing( which is more pricy than threading). And i didn't ask them to do neck, they didn't do too. they did just chin and my jaw line. for that they charged me for neck too(which was not needed for me). Also 2 people doing threading at same time for 2 different parts. Do you think that is acceptable. When I asked, they said they need to finish it soon.

I've been going here for years and it's pretty much the only place I'll trust with my eyebrows anymore 😅 I'll never go back to waxing... Threading is much less painful and gets better results! Everyone here is aweosme, check them out.

It’s expensive and worst service, I went first time she out shaped my eyebrows, if I asked she said I didn’t do anything, then what did I she do??, I asked same question, no reply, she didn’t even bother to reply, worst of worst
