Please tell me why a bald fade is $33 before tax and regular is $28? Guys with bald fades get their hair cut sooner than others. I get my hair cut every two weeks. Because bald fades grow out quicker so why is this more? It takes less time than a normal hair cut. This is the most I ever paid and its a shame because I like this spot but I’m never going back!!

Carrie runs the store in a way that has me coming back. The service is awesome the people are awesome everything is just awesome. I usually deal with Carrie but I've had Jessica and Kayla cut my hair and they both can cut and fade. The shampoo and everything after the cut makes me feel like I'd imagine a spa.

Annoyed with myself for not discovering this Covington location for so long. Including a 25% tip, I paid $33 for a very nice haircut from a very nice woman. I showed up with a MOP and she knew exactly how to clean up. Gave me a very professional looking cut and I absolutely will be going back.

I used to get mine and my son's haircut here all the time. Over the year's the wait times have gotten ridiculous. I'm not waiting over an hour for a $30 haircut when I can walk in the door at Wonder cuts and be out the door in 30 minutes for $20. Don't even consider using the reservations they have here online. They skip you for walk ins and don't know how to use the app themselves. You lost 2 customers for life.

They fit me in after lunch one day, all smiles in there, Carrie was my stylist. Very professional and wonderful. Got the cut I wanted and the whole atmosphere in that spot was laid back. Great value as well

Decided to try this place for the first time and loved that you could download the app or look online and see the wait time and book your appt. I arrived a few minutes before the app told me to and instead of it being my turn, they took walk-ins in front of me after I was already there, so 30 more minutes to wait. Made absolutely 0 sense. Why have online booking if you don’t use it? That was the first strike. Next, the person that cut my hair took over 30 minutes to cut it and I’m not sure she’s ever cut a man’s hair before. It literally looks like I didn’t have a hair cut. I wasted an hour of my life that I will never get back, spent $40 and need to have my hair cut tomorrow because it looks like nothing was even done. Awful! Would not recommend this place at all. Edited to add that I just came home and took a shower and the only place that looks cut is around my ears and she didn’t blend, so it looks like a toddler’s bowl cut.

Every where I go people ask me where I get my haircut. I always tell them at the very best shop. Just 4 him haircuts in Covington. The ladies are be wonderful, nice , they offer you something to drink. I get my cut with KC, once a week or at times twice a la week. KC is awesome. Don't get it twisted now the group is awesome everyone is so freaking friendly I love it. I started cutting my hair with KC so I stick with her, but these ladies are very pleasant to deal with. I am will keep going to this shop as long as the group stays the same. The manager is wonderful nice bubbly. I like BZ, awesome lady. R and T you ladies are wonderful too. R We speak everyime I'm there, and you are so kind. T I got a cut by you maybe twice and you did an be awesome job as well I just wanted to say hi and be thanks

I started bringing my son here, really, because it’s convenient. I have not been impressed with my son’s haircuts, especially at $25, until today. Rachel did a great job with my son’s fade. I will only request her from now on.

This place is ridiculous! $30 dollars for a 3 and 4 year old the 3 year old was butchered hair looks terrible the 4 year old barely looks like he had a cut. If the outrageous pricing wasn't enough the terrible cuts just made the whole experience even worse!!! I do not recommend this place especially for small kids. You may as well cut their hair yourself atleast if you screw it up it did not cost you $30 dollars per child!!! Covington location different stylest for each child. That leaves one other option! Goodluck. If i were you i would run!!!

Took my 6 year old for a hair cut and this place nailed it He asked for a specific cut and the lady that did it was amazing. My boy told me this is where i want to get my hair cut from now on

Didn't even know that this location was right around the corner for me! The staff was very friendly and they know what they're doing! I went there just real quick within my lunch break and they were plenty fast where I came back to work on time. Also, come to find out that they sell Reuzel here! Almost impossible to get without Amazon, or other online stores. Now I have a place to get it on demand! Awesome! I highly recommend going here to get a haircut! Inexpensive and fast, yet great quality!

Kristina cuts great hair but there appointment system is absolute broken. It’s pointless to make in appointment bc you are just added to the bottom of list behind all the walk-ins that arrived before you. I really like Kristina but after 3 visits with this happening I had to just walk out. I have to find somewhere that respects my time. That’s the reason to make the appointment; so you don’t just sit for two hours waiting on a haircut.
