I loved my haircut and balayage with Samantha today. Booking and consult was easy and she was extremely clear with her communication. I also really appreciated her moving my appointment to an earlier time because I forgot I had dinner plans and hour away. I colored my hair black 9 months ago and she was able to get me to a caramel no problem! She's also super sweet and really understood what look I was going for.

I tried their walk-in service. It's limited for usually dry bar styling. Most extra services are obviously by appointment only. My immediate service was not available because of time constraints and events leading me there. I think they should consider specialized immediate services. I Unfortunately walked out embarrassed.

Samantha was absolutely amazing! She was extremely thorough during the consultation, making sure that she was giving me what I wanted but also something I was confident in styling by myself with my busy lifestyle. She was efficient and accommodating, ensuring I was comfortable during the whole appointment. She also gave plenty of maintenance and styling tips. Highly recommend!!

Samantha was amazing! My hair was too blonde and chunky. I am a low maintenance client. I do not want to be in the chair every six weeks. Samantha listened to all of my thoughts, had great ideas, and 100% delivered. I loved that she talked me through my hair habits, routines and desires. Worth every penny.

I needed my hair cut and dyed for my wedding, and Vincent did an amazing job 😃 He went over everything step by step and showed me what color and highlights would match my natural hair color ( as I aged, my hair wasn't as vibrant as it once was.) and what I could do to keep the color and highlights looking their best. I would recommend Vincent and this salon to anyone that has a special event or just to pamper themselves. 😀 If there were an option for 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely a pleasurable experience. Everyone from reception to staff is accommodating and friendly. There's always a smile in this "work" environment and it's very welcoming. Highly recommended.

I have been to this salon twice now and I’m not sure if I have a bad way of describing that I want to keep length and clean up the ends, they ignore, and cut more than I want. I was told that I would be included in the steps of the way, but by the time I was able to catch a glimpse of what’s going on, it was already too late the hairs been chopped and all they can do is finish. 😔

My favorite hair dresser that I have had for years moved too far for me to continue seeing her, so I started going to her manager, then COVID19 shut her old shop location down so I had to finally find someone new. My father has been going here under Vincent for a while now and recommended him to me. I was so afraid to let anyone touch my very long hair but I was pleasantly surprised with what a lovely little studio this was and Vincent did exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be happier with the result; he will be my new and only go-to! Thank you, Vincent! I can now look forward to getting my hair cut again.

The reason why I chose this salon is because my new absolute favorite hair stylist Jazz works here now. Jazz is awesome! I highly recommend her services to anyone. Salon itself looks beautiful, unique, in a way, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Booking is easy. I used Vagaro app most of the time. Other options are available as well. The only downside is parking in downtown Riverside. But if you really appreciate the talents of your hair stylist as much as I do, it's manageble and definitely worth it.

Craftsmanship is something that you don't find very often. I have a pixie cut and the care taken to see my growth pattern and then how to cut my hair best was fascinating to watch. The best cut I have ever gotten!

For years I couldn't find a stylist that got me and made me whole. I found this place after months of covid hair neglect. I met with JAZZ, told her what I was looking for, put my hair in her hands. Jazz has completely made me whole again and my hair has never been healthier, prettier and cared for!

Hello I would first like to say that I was a client or Virginia and she deserves many stars! Like 10 . I had been a customer since 2019 but overall I stopped going there because the last time I went to see her I was railroaded to different stylists who were kinda rude, said my hair was too damaged to lighten

I see Vanessa for Brow Lamination/Wax/Tint as well as a lash lift and tint. She does an amazing job and is also very funny which makes the appointment go by fast. I recommend everyone try her out, especially her lash lifts!!

samantha sahagun (?) cuts hair fine but the outcome was nowhere near the picture i showed her as far as styling goes. told me if i brushed it out later it’d last longer so i agreed but when i brushed it one side didn’t even look curled right. refused to give me even a partial refund even thought i tipped 25%. 100% wish i would have done my own hair for this important event.

My experience as a potential new client for this business was an unpleasant situation. I booked a hair consultation appointment only to be told from stylist Vincent, he is unable to assist me on booking a hair appointment until one month and a week away from the date of 05/27/2021 which was an inconvenience to me because the receptionist who initially booked my hair consultation appointment should have communicated to me in advance stylist Vincent does not have any availability for new clients. As a result, I wasted my valuable time coming into this business because of their lack of communication. I honestly, do not recommend this business.

My friend recommend I come see Virginia to dye my virgin black hair grey (balayage) and now I won’t see anyone else! The salon is clean, modern, and most importantly - everyone is masked! Virginia is extremely talented and my color lasted a whole 7 months - practically unheard of. Worth every penny!

This salon is wonderful. I love the bright, open feel, the selection of products, the customer service and best of all, my stylist, Samantha. I walked in one day and she was available for a consultation. I came in a week later and she colored my hair. Her work exceeded my expectations. I’m in my mid 50s, transitioning to gray and no matter how much detail I provide a colorist, it’s never quite what I like. I brought in a photo of what I was looking for and Samantha nailed it. This woman knows color and I’m thrilled to have found her!
