Definitely will be back and recommend john! I had decided to finally get my nails redone and John was able to squeeze me in last minute. He was quick and thorough. However I left the salon happy but the more I looked at my nails something just didn’t feel right and I wasn’t happy with the shape anymore. So I called back and explained and John was more than willing to redo them for me despite me even painting over them. Thank you John I really appreciate it and im super happy with my nails again:)

I've heard great reviews about this nails salon for years, I finally stopped in. I regret waiting so long because I am so happy with my nails and the service I received today! John is so welcoming and professional, every woman who walked in was greeted by name and are obvious regulars. I will be returning! Pricing is more than reasonable

I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance for my sister's wedding. I asked John to do my nails. When I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes after my time spot. Then, a lady did my set. NOT John. 3 of the nails are not straight. I picked out a normal polish. Without me noticing, the lady switched it to gel polish. When I said I didn't want that. She said it was better and kept applying it. I ended up with pulled up skin around my nails, from her filling. Then she just left them. I was then moved to another chair for John to add my art. He told me he didn't have the blue gems that were in my reference photo. So he put black instead. The stones are all the same size and the rose gold was muted. So nothing like my photo. I asked for the rise gold to be redone and john put chrome powder over the polish. Which actually made them harder to see. Then, I had a basic pedicure. The lady did that as well. She spent the whole time looking out the window. There was next to no pressure on my feet. She did a French manicure on my toes. When I got finished. I noticed 3 toes had polish on my skin and my heel still had some dry skin on it. I don't even remember her touching my heel. I didn't saying anything. I just wanted to leave. I was charged $113 Photos are my reference photo and what I got. What I got wasn't bad. It was just everything, all together, overall expectations.

John is the BEST nail technician in the city of Windsor. There is no debate. He is amazing at hand drawn designs, marbling, airbrush, etc. He works by appointment only, because he has so many loyal clients, and he does book up very quickly so make sure to schedule at least 7 days in advance. Tina delivers the greatest pedicure with a nice calve massage, and she does the most precise and quick waxing if you need a clean up. If you want the best, you go see John and Tina.

The salon itself is clean and welcoming. The care that the nail technicians put into the shape and design of my nails was wonderful. Very friendly workers and an overall great experience.

Paid 90$ for one mani and pedi with a very simplistic design and a nail with a sparkle finger, supposed to be ambre, clearly they are not! Cuticles and nail beds were not even touch, no lotion and no hand massage! Was told shilac is same as gel... umm no! Ohh get this.. he didn't charge us for two nail designs giving us a "discount". Will not be returning. UPDATE: Not even a week later and the nail polish is chipping off on my toes. I am disabled and this was my first outing since I've been out of the hospital since January, very disappointed.

John and Tina are amazing! I have been to several places all over town and the nails here hold up like no other. Their prices are affordable and they do beautiful artwork on your nails if that's your thing! I won't go anywhere else.

Showed up late no appointment they were very accommodating and did a really nice job. You wouldn't think from the outside that the inside of the store is so cute. Crystal chandeliers for some reason make me happy and relaxed LOL. Thanks guys!

Went in for a pedicure and the lady finished my pedicure in 15 mins. Didn’t do anything except for cutting my nails and applying cream and polish. Very bad experience.

He did a good job with the design tho i wanted it more like the picture in shape and randomness in design. Matchy matchy isnt me which is why i showed the picture i did. He took it upon himself to shape abd ask after. But its been over a week and they are holding up well. Crazy how my fill at this place was 10$ less than my acrylic done elsewhere abd i thought that 70 for a set was expensive. W.e. u pay for quality right? Just need to set exactly what i want right out the gate next time. Fast, effecient, good quality that lasts.

Showed up at 4:00 for my 4:15 appt, I was seated in chair and estetician started pedicure at 4:30. She finished painting my toes 20 min later! Not impressed that a pedicure was so short. When I got my shellac mani she finished at 5:15 WITH NO MASSAGE IR CREAM ON HANDS OR ARMS!😡needless to say soooo disappointed for my first time there. Times are tough and my hard earn money for TWO services should not be 45 min MAX for both!! So unfair and a rip off despite that she did a decent job. Will not go back as it felt so rushed and all I wanted to do was relax after a hard days work. 😤😣
