I visited the salon on New Year’s Eve, and Joe did an amazing job giving me a fresh fade. He took his time to ensure everything was perfect, and the result was fantastic! It felt like a true makeover! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional service and skill.

Very pleased with the cut i received and it wasnt an easy one as i was going from long hair to a short precision cut. The stylist listened and i got just what i wanted.

Went there for my first haircut and was very pleased results. My haircut is not easy as it is a zero fade and difficult to do for most barbers. I will most definitely be back!!

Awesome salon and staff!!! I have been going to Dawn (owner) for years now and she has never disappointed me!! I was there yesterday afternoon for color, highlight and cut. Love it all!!! Great job! Despite Dawn being short handed that day she still put out the effort, professionalism and great attitude along with accommodating her appointments and as many walk ins that she could. Thank you Dawn!

Jags a real full service friendly family salon with the nicest and most professional people. I've been coming to Jags for 14 years and would never think of changing. Jeanie is a gem. Location has great parking and a convenient location in the heart of Bonita. The other girls there are always busy with a following . 5 stars for this group

Before I made my appointment I looked at the reviews of all the nearby barbers and Jags had the best reviews. They were right on time with my appointment and Dan asked several important questions before he began to cut. I appreciated his clarification on the length I wanted and the type of cut on my neck, sideburns and front. He did a very professional job, and he was very friendly (not too talkative). Jags and Dan were very conscientious about COVID protocols and I was very happy to have this professional courtesy. Other barbers that I've been to have either ignored or reluctantly complied with COVID safety. Jags is a great find and I will return loyaly to Dan for future haircuts. Oh, and the price was $12 (worthy of a generous tip)!
