This was my first visit with Jenna and it was a great experience! She is amazing and does amazing work! I got a brow lamination for the first time and I love it! She is very transparent as well and I love that! I’ve had a hard time finding someone who can do my brows how I want and she exceeds all expectations! I will definitely be back! 💕

Jenna has helped me achieve my skin goals and I’m glowing now! I have gone to dermatologist and have tried almost everything I thought my last resort was Accutane which I was not thrilled about, Until I heard about JN Skin. Jenna cares about YOU and your skin. The purging stage is hard but she was always there to reassure me through the harder times and ease my anxiety.

Jenna is extremely focused and dedicated to making her customer experience amazing far beyond what everyone else can achieve in the same industry. I can vouch for her efforts behind the scenes. She does everything she can to deliver an unreasonable level of hospitality. At 51 years old, I had admittedly never had a facial. My bestie is always raving about her relaxing and rejuvenating facials by Jenna at JN Skin, so I booked an appointment. What I experienced in that next hour was a game changer! I wasn't prepared to have my face and shoulders pampered like that! I was cleansed, hydrated, masked, steamed and loved the warm wet towels that enveloped my face. Jenna is clearly passionate about helping clients achieve results. She was great about explaining the new products she was using and was mindful about checking in at each step of the process. Part way through, I was so relaxed that Jenna just let me peacefully be without talking and enjoy the zen experience. I super loved having my hair/scalp massaged at the end (girls, wear your hair down to experience this!) I'm not always good about skincare other than basic cleanser and moisturizer, so this is a great bonus for hydration. I am going to try out some of the specialty facials as, although I don't have acne, I do have pigmentation issues. If you're on the fence about facials, start with the basic facial. And don't feel uncomfortable asking questions - Jenna is more than happy to answer them. Another plus is the aesthetic of the facial room - the table is super comfortable with an amazing bolster wedge under your knees (this saved my back when laying down), warm soft blanket, cool ambient lighting and relaxing spa music. I've already been back and will continue to be a client.

Highly recommend Jenna! I received a brow lamination and lash lift and could not be happier with the entire experience & final look. From the intentionally skin friendly products she used, to the atmosphere, and fun personality, she made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in each step!

Jenna is amazing! I have gotten lash lifts and eyebrow laminations from her so far and they always turn out incredible. She has also helped me with my skin and I seriously can’t recommend her enough. She is incredible at what she does and so enjoyable to work with!!

Jenna is the best! I love every service I get with her. Only person I feel safe and comfortable with for my appointments. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful about skin and skin care products and takes the time to educate me on what is best for my skin. Does a great job with my eyebrows every time! I've been seeing Jenna for my brows for about two years now, and she never misses!! I always get so many compliments after getting a brow wax + tint. I've also gotten facials, lash lifts, and lamination services from Jenna too. They were all perfection!! I first met Jenna when an old co-worker recommended I see her for a facial. This was the first time I had ever received a facial so I had no idea what I wanted/needed and/or what to expect. When I first got there she asked me lots of questions about my skin and what I was looking for. Some questions I had no idea how to answer but based on her follow up questions and suggestions I could tell this lady knew her stuff!! After my facial I was so relaxed and Jenna recommended some products to me to help my skin at home. She even knew that since I was so new at having a skin care routine for my face that I needed to start off light with like 2-4 products and then increase to 4-6 when I was more comfortable and knew what I was doing. I have been using them ever since and love when I run out because then I get to go into the store and catch up with her! Definitely recommend going to see Jenna for any facial or skin care needs. She knows her stuff and wouldn't lead you to something you didn't need or wouldn't benefit you!

I go to Jenna for my eyebrows and I leave confident and satisfied everytime! She is AMAZING! Having thin eyebrows is a struggle in itself, with having to do my eyebrows everytime I leave my house. However, Jenna has a Henna Brow or Brow Shaping/Tint service, and both are a game changer! She is so sweet and kind, I highly recommend JN skin!
