Called in to get a appointment for Highlights put me in for 3pm. Got there explained I had brown with blonde highlights then pink to a dark brown box color. I asked Hattiesburg if she thought I could get the blonde highlights, she said yes! My hair usually takes before they get the head foils done. She kept checking for hours and reapplying more color. She finally said the next time I come see her in a few weeks she can get the blonde to come thru. I got out of the seat tired and looked at my phone to see it was 5:45, 2 hours and 45 mins I was sitting with color in my hair. Then after seeing my hair I got up to the register and the girl moved over from her register and Hattie put in the register to charge me $193.00 I was like what??? That's crazy..even the woman coming out from getting her nails done said she ahould NOT have charged you anything...she Say's she Burnt your hair...sure enough I put my glasses on and my hair was SINGED, like I got to close to a fire..a lot of my hair broke off! The girl at sharp shopper says " I'd take them to court" look to see if her license is up to date as to put someone that usually needs 20 min tops to site 2 hours 45 min is Crazy!!! Anyone who is a professional knows not to do this!

I’ve been going to this salon every two weeks for almost a year now and have always gotten dip manicures. I went in this morning for my appointment and ACRYLIC was put on my nails instead of dip powder. Nothing was communicated and my nail tech was very rough when filing and grinding my nails. Overall they look good which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 0 and kept going back, but this is NOT what I wanted or asked for, this is not the first issue i’ve had with this salon and I am not one to leave many reviews but this is ridiculous.

love the atmosphere, color selection...technicians are very helpful and you do not feel like they are rushing, with timers around. Definitely recommend!
