Jenn is THE BEST!! Not only is she sweet and personable, but she seems to know you even when it's your first time EVER going to her salon. I consistently make my appointment via messenger as well! I receive a response in a prompt and timely manner.

Jen always listens to me when I come up with a new hairstyle I want to try. She is patient and is always willing to make suggestions for great color. Doesn't go wild and give you a hairstyle that is out of character for her client. Her kindness and refreshing coming from a salon.

I've been going to JMX for a little over a year now ever since my old hairdresser had no choice but to close for good. I'm so thankful I found JMX! I was asking around, and looking at other salons reviews and JMX was my first choice. Me and my daughter were able to get an appointment together very quickly, and both got colorings. Jen did an amazing job at a reasonable price!! She's so nice and just makes you feel very comfortable. She listens to what you want and does exactly that! Always in a great mood and her laugh is contagious! I'm so glad I found her and I'm always happy with her work!

I called this afternoon to make sure that the staff was wearing masks (COVID pandemic) and was told that they absolutely are. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes before my scheduled time and no one was wearing a mask. I’m 9 months pregnant and have to be extra careful or I’ll have my baby literally taken from me if I test positive. There was obviously a double booking bc I was completely ignored and wound up just leaving after not being acknowledged for 25 minutes while the hairdresser dyed someone else’s hair and just left me standing there. The hairdresser was going on and on about her anti-mask beliefs and how drunk she got the night before and how drunk she was going to get the next day. Meanwhile, a 9 month pregnant woman is told she can sit in the uncomfortable hair washing chair while wearing a mask in a salon that was hot and not well-ventilated. Keep in mind, I had to ask where to sit, I wasn’t even offered a place to sit. I’ve been getting my hair done for over 20 years and was always given a comfy place to sit, offered a drink and given an ETA if the staff was running behind. Complete waste of my time and extremely unprofessional hairdresser.

I don't know how these guys got a bad review.. the ladies were down to earth and friendly. This was my 1st time at JMX and definitely will be back. Jenn, jmx owner, listened to everything I had to say and I loved my end results (cut and highlights). It is a smaller business but there are definitely places to sit! With every business you may have a wait .. She also has jewelry all over for sale (paparazzi brand)! Thank you 😊

we have been coming to Liana here since the day they opened! we followed her from another salon and have been with her for close to a decade! she is incredibly professional and warm. she listens to what you want and does an amazing job every single time! we will never go anywhere else!
