This place recently changed management and you can definitely tell the difference. The quality of the service paired with the affordability of the services is unmatched. It’s very clean, very talented Nail technicians, and amazing customer service. The new manager, Lala , is amazing. I had her today as my nail technician and her skill is out of this world. You can tell that she takes pride in the work that she does, in the Customer Service she provides, and in the employees that she keeps at her salon. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I could go on forever with positive feedback. I absolutely will be coming here for all of my manicure and pedicure needs. I highly recommend that you come and check JL nail spa out. I’m excited to have found this place and to have a new home salon that can handle all of the intricate nail work that I like and does a great job at it. Everyone who works here is great, but definitely come in and ask for the new manager Lala.

I called in at 11:30 to see if they accept walk ins. The tech said they do and I could come within the next 15 minutes. I came in for a fill in with deep smile in-line french tip. I got there at 11:47am. I did not leave their salon until 3:40pm and then didn’t even get what I wanted because the tech was not doing the design correctly. There was one tech that spoke English. I was explaining to her how I wanted the design, she got frustrated and said “Well what do you want?” The nail salon itself is dirty as hell. The service that should take at the most two hours took damn near 4. I definitely will NOT BE BACK ! I usually go to Jennifer’s Nail Spa on Ewing. It’s very professional I’m not in there all day the scenery’s is lovely and the customer service is better. I was in there 4 hours and didn’t even get offered a water. This nail salon is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone. This is what I wanted. This is what I got.

Place was dingy and uninviting. Definitely NOT friendly. Not good quality for the price and my fingers hurt now. I won't be going back.

Website say closes at 9 PM but they stop taking customers at 6:30 PM, false advertisement is what you call this. Poor customer service.

I have a very cute nail chrome set with cross charms! They have lots of charms and new tiktok designs here! I found a NICE NEW PLACE TO HAVE MY NAILS DONE !!! Highly recommended!

Overpriced. I paid $75 for nothing. Acrylic toes and a LINE at the tip. A LINE ! It’s no where NEAARRRR a French tip & I was here for almost 2hrs! No pedicure just acrylic toes. Sweet people .. not worth the money though. Can’t say I would return.

100 stars! You will not find a better quality service! Prices are extremely reasonable! I have never had a bad experience and will wait and drive across town to get my nails done here! I followed Kay from another nail salon and I am so glad I did! Everyone here is so caring and patient and I’ve never seen a nail salon take such pride in their work from the customer service to the finished product. You will not be disappointed!
