This is my first time coming here, because my typical location never seems to be open when it’s convenient for me. Wow! My spa pedicure was AMAZING! Walking in the vibe is nice, light music, friendly atmosphere. The gentleman (should have gotten his name) that worked in my feet was kind, attentive and took his time. Best hour of my time and feel like I got my moneys worth for the quality of the massage, exfoliating and hot stones. Overall best experience I’ve had yet!

Disappointing nail experience. Staff were lovely, but quality didn't meet expectations. Only recommend for basic, no-design nails. i really wanted to cry in the shop, they’re so bumpy and almost as soon as i got home i took them off. waste of 80$ (first photo is what i wanted)

These guys are the best in the Hopewell Chester area. My nails look GREAT!!! I had dip powder nails. The attention, the perfection was on point. This is my second visit. First one I had nails and pedicure. FANTASTIC!!. I will continue to come here. Check them out! I’m hoping for their great success.

I just had the most amazing experience at a new nail spa in Hopewell, Virginia, called JJ Nails Spa! If you’re ever in the area, this is the place to go. I was in desperate need of a nail spot while staying in Virginia, and I couldn’t be happier that I found them. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so attentive and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long—they got us in right away! I treated myself to a mani-pedi with tips and gel nails, and it was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and their attention to detail made the whole experience perfect. I walked out feeling refreshed and totally pampered. If you’re looking for great service and beautiful nails, JJ Nails and Spa is definitely worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed! 🤩

I only rent to this nail spa because of the reviews only to be welcome with the nail tech so use to the roaches it’s the new norm for them… I will not recommend this nail spa to anyone

Tim, a nail technician, did my full-set on this day. I was very impressed by Tim, and now he is the only one who does my nails! Tim is very experienced, professional, friendly, and skilled in modern design. My nails always have consistent top quality, all nails perfectly identical and matched to complete the full set. I came before as a Walk-In and they couldn’t take me! 😒 I made an appointment this time and Eddy did a great job 🤗 with my pedicure and manicure 💅🏽. He had me in and out in time for my next appointment!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Making an 💅🏽 appointment is highly recommended!!! I know I will!

I got a full set and a spa pedicure, 100/10! My service from Tim and Eric was great! My pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back and recommend them to everyone! So good.

I have been here twice and he has done my acrylics exactly how I wanted them. I had almond shape and then stiletto ombré. I love them!

Asked for coffin shaped with gel and this is what I got. Gel has lumps and nails are uneven. I have gel paint on my skin and my cuticals werent touched. Said something to the guy that did my nails and his response was that he does nails.... worst experience ive ever had at a nail shop for sure
