I booked for a blow out. The site said $40 on Tuesday and Wednesday. I had to put in my card number in to proceed which I did. The price ended up being $70 and the site doesn't mention anything about extra services added into the blow out service which is very misleading. I immediately went to cancel the appointment and had to pay a $35 cancellation fee in which I didn't see anything about the salon policy until after the fact and I was furious. I will not be going to this establishment and I will find another salon to service me.

My time at JF salon & spa was amazing! Since it’s grand opening I have been coming to get my hair done! My favorite style in pin curls! I was so excited to find somewhere that specializes in natural hair aswell! Justin is professional and adds a personal touch to each visit! I am so happy to be a regular client!!

Book elsewhere for spa services. If their service levels are like their courtesy levels, I thank God I've dodged that catatorophy. Highly unprofessional. Booked an appointment for two. Through an email, they rescheduled me from 1 pm to 3:30 pm. I just checked my email, and our appointments have now been abruptly canceled. Again, no courtesy of a phone call or text, eventhough the booking clearly stated it was my brother's birthday. This was already paid for. The lack of professionalism and poor level of customer courtesy is staggering. Spend your money elsewhere. From 1 to 5 Stars, JF Salon & Spa gets a dented 1 Square.

I found this shop on Groupon and was looking forward to a pedicure, I had difficulties making an appointment so I called and personally spoke with Justin who just so happened to be the manager. He was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I’m not sure if I was being treated indifferently because I booked through Groupon however, he was very unprofessional! I believe the miscommunication started when he had trouble understanding my question and he began to get irate. I will not be supporting this business and as a manager, Justin needs to work on his customer service skills.

I have been to both the East and South Charlotte locations and they are both great! I love the way my hair turns out every time. JF offers amazing services for every hair type and they are the only shop in Charlotte I let cut my hair !

I really love how Justin takes care of my hair. I have been living in Charlotte for almost 5 years now and I am amazed that it took me almost 5 years to find a stylist who really knows how to take care of my hair. What I love so much about JF Salon is that Justin takes time and give you the service you need and want. He does not just use any products on your hair he takes the time to treat your hair properly and gives your hair what it deserves. My hair has grown extremely and I am loving my natural more and more. Everytime I walk out if his Salon I am beyond Satisfied I can't stay out the mirror😂😂😂😂😂. Not only that I love the atmosphere you don't have to worry about the salon gossips and ratchetness...The atmosphere is very calm and soothing and the Jazz music is Phenomenal and so Relaxing why you getting all Glamorous. JUSTIN YOU ARE AMAZING...

Just got a pedi here and it felt soo relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with tips on haircare and feet care. Reggie did me and my moms pedicures; it felt great and it turned out great too. He made us feel comfortable and made our feet so soft. I was treated with hospitality and was served wine and on point music selection. Will come back again. 😁

Purchased a Groupon for pedicures. Per their instructions called for an appointment to no avail. The phone number on their website isn’t even their phone number. The number they say to call on the Groupon rings and rings and rings before finally just disconnecting. Reached out via messenger and their site’s chat... nothing. I can only assume they’d like to generate more business by posting a Groupon to purchase however all they have done in my case is make sure I tell anyone and everyone not to go here. If you can’t answer your phones within 3 hours of your business opening, that says to me the overall customer service is sorely lacking and it might be a good time to hire a front desk associate. Wasted money, wasted time and I don’t appreciate that at all.

Unfortunately i didn’t get to visit this establishment due to the manager Justin . I’m unsure if he wasn’t aware of the questions i had yesterday or was uninterested in my Questions about confirming two appointments . It seemed he became uneasy during our conversation. I woke up to realize my two appointments had been cancelled without reasoning within the email . I was told he tried to get in touch with me this morning i didn’t receive a call . I called from my phone number on file and there was no answer , so i left a detailed message. Then i proceeded to call from my business number and got him on the phone within the first ringing surprisingly. He explained he tried to call me this morning that the person giving pedicures was unavailable, i said it was no problem and thanks for letting me know . Unfortunately the professsionalism i received prior and that morning did not leave a very good taste in my mouth . I won’t be returning or recommending this privately owned company to anyone .
