A beautiful facility with talented staff. You have a luxurious experience in small town Indiana. I have nail salons closer to my home, however, It’s worth the drive to have my nails done at Jessica’s. I can recommend acrylics, dips, and pedicures. I’ve not used their other services. Thank you Jessica and Henry for bringing your business to Spencer.

the 1st photo is what i wanted and the second photo is what i got. i had done a walk-in and after i walked in two other chicks walked in after me and i was ready before they were and they had gotten taken care of first. the nail tech asked one of the if she was wanting her nails filed or cut and she said no and she done it anyways. You were able to see the disappointment on her face. her jaw had dropped. when she finally had gotten to me, she left the nails crooked and the acrylic is so uneven and not even covering the whole nail. my cuticle on my nail on my left hand has been bleeding for the past two days. and she didn’t even cover some side walls on the nails and there is too much white on the french tip part and didn’t use the base color i had wanted.

The people were kind but my service was very rushed. It was the worst set of acrylic nails I’ve ever had. Plus the experience of the mani and pedi were extremely uncomfortable because they were very aggressive. The water was way too hot and its felt the he was scrubbing my feet like you would your tile grout. She had nail buffer way to high and I could feel my nails burning and the she used it to also take of my cuticles instead of using clippers so some of my cuticles were sore or bleeding. My nails were lopsided and parts of my nail are not even covered in acrylic. Then they didn’t have the color I asked for and it ended up very transparent. To be honest I don’t think they are licensed and will Never be going back.

Went in for a basic gel manicure, she seemed nice but i noticed the lady who she was working on kept talking to her and the nail tech acted like she had no interest in what she was saying. Seemed rude imo. I had gel on my nails. When she went to use the drill, she burned the heck out of my pinky and a few other fingers but not as bad. The gel she put on my fingers are SO lumpy and the shape is horrific, a basic oval shape. i’d add pictures but i’m not sure how to

Terrible place!! She did a horrible job and they were soo uneven and rough. She was extremely rough in the process. She cut my finger as well. Had to go to another place in elletsville to have them fixed! Never ever again!

I dont get my nails done often but I love going to Natural Nail when I do. She is the very friendly and accommodating even if your like me walking in without an appointment. She even put a cute flower design on my finger nails that were already polished

If you’re looking for a relaxing experience you will NOT find it here. Small child running, literally running, through the salon, screaming and throwing water bottle in the air. Loud and not relaxing. Not to mention I had an appt but to many people to honor my scheduled time. Too bad bc there’s no place else in this town. Will not return!

I do not recommend this salon. I felt like I was being a bother to them. Had a appointment and still waited 20 mins. I had a gel colored change on toes and hands. Was in the pool for 3 hrs and when I got out toes had already started fading. Had them done only the day before. Called to tell them and her response was I stayed in the pool to long. I have never in the whole 4 yrs that I have used gel polish has it came off in the pool. We have our own pool so that should tell you something. Never going there again

I was hoping for a nice relaxing appt with my niece, she rushed thru both of us on our girls day. 2 pedicures in 30 min total. Didn't take care of all the rough patches on my feet. I'm a busy momma and have needed a pedicure for about two years. Not impressed. Won't be back.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon off and on since it has been opened in Spencer and wouldn’t recommend another place within this small town. Anything I need, I just ask and she does. I don’t know why no one will speak up if they’re unhappy with service. She’s never done me wrong <3

Very bad hurt like crazy to try and take them off. Too thick and had to redo them myself. Never going here again.
