I love this place. It is very clean and the staffs are so friendly ! I've come here multiple times for manicures and pedicures and each time has been wonderful. I definitely recommend coming here.

I usually go to a place in Bensalem that is very cheap and they do amazing work! 25 dollars for tips and comes out perfect every time. But I live in Doylestown so sometimes the drive is too far. So I tried this place out. Horrible!! The staff was friendly but they did a horrible job on my gel manicure. It took over an hour cause she kept trying to fix it. Then she gave up and said she was sorry it didn’t look good and hands me a coupon for 5 dollars off next visit! I gave it back to her and said I will not be coming back. They still charged me 37 dollars. Such a rip off. A waste of time and money! There’s thousands of better places around that will do what they can to fix your nails or give a discount when they know they screwed up.

I will absolutely never go back to this makeshift nail salon. I went in with beautiful long natural nails and ended up leaving before my appointment was even finished with uneven short nails. No one apologized or said anything when I said I’d like to pay and leave. These people do not deserve your business.

These people are so incredibly nice. The place is absolutely spotless every single time I go there. They really go out of their way to keep it clean and to make the customer comfortable. They offer you water, take care of all your things, and have nice soothing music playing.Today, Sunny, gave me the most beautiful red-nail manicure I've ever had. She was very meticulous and it looked perfect. While my nails were drying she gave me a wonderful back massage. I had to come with my 5 year old son and they were very nice and accommodating with him. I can't think of a single complaint. The prices are competitive with any other clean and well-kept nail salon. I don't ever post reviews, but I felt this place really deserves to be recognized.

The place was very clean and relaxing with soft, soothing music. It was quiet, but not too quiet. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The prices were reasonable. My sister and I got pedicures, and they were very gentle and did a beautiful job. I have been to several other area nail salons where the staff were very rough and made the experience unenjoyable. I would definitely recommend Jessica's, and we will be going back, again.

I've gone to Jessica Spa for years,and have always had a great experience with wonderful results. Not so much the last few visits. It's just not the same - didn't recognise any of the technicians, behind the station at the door were two men, one middle aged, who I could barely understand, the other maybe 20, who just seemed lost. The technician was competent, but brusque, hand and fingers down and around roughly. The hand massage took less than 20 seconds (watched the clock on the second hand). She dug into the skin beneath my toenail twith her fingernail to polish the big toe: serious pain! When I winced and yelped, she shot me a look and just did it again! It still has Jessica's name over the door, but I suspect her name is the only thing left of Jessica and her amazing service. I can't imagine going someplace else. Always looked forward to catching up on Jessica's little girl, or chatting with the techs. But not if it's Jessica's in name but not in service.

Never been so embarrassed in my life! I'm new to the area, so I called here to make an appointment for fill-ins after reading all the great reviews. I spoke in length to a woman about what I wanted and she told me they could take me the next day, so I made the appointment. The next day I showed up and walked in. First, I was impressed by how bright and clean the place was, but then I realized it was almost packed full and yet it was dead silent. No one was talking. No music playing. I like a livelier atmosphere so this was uncomfortable for me. Next I waited behind a woman for almost a full 15 minutes while the man at the counter checked her out. I then went up and told him my name and he looked for me in the book. Wasn't there. He checked next weeks appointments, as maybe they wrote it down wrong. Wasn't there. He asked me when I called, who I spoke to, and what service I wanted, I told him the previous day, I spoke to a woman, and fill-ins. He called over a lady and spoke to her in very hushed Vietnamese for almost 5 minutes. She walked away looking very worried and he then explained to me that they don't take appointments for any type of acrylic service any less than a week in advanced and I must have the wrong place. I told him I was sure I did not and even pulled out my phone to show him the outgoing call to here. He got very flustered, but STILL insisted I was in the wrong. Keep in mind, it's dead silent so everyone is openly staring at me at this point, even some of the employees. He never offered me another service to make up for the mistake nor did he apologize. Honestly,a simple "I'm sorry, would you like to make an appointment for next week and could I offer you a different service for today?" would have solved this. Instead he got increasingly more rude. I eventually walked out. Never going back!
