Probably the best dip manicure I’ve ever gotten. Vi was my tech, and she was amazing! She was very careful to clip off the tips I was wearing without harming my natural nails, and was a pro at painting in clean lines, even with my stiff and somewhat twitchy hands. I had originally been planning on just getting color, but Vi asked to do some art on top and she gave me these beautiful space-themed nails! I’m in love, and will definitely be booking with Vi in the future! Stellar work!

They do not honor appointments. I schedule my appointments 2 or 3 days in advance. Please don’t tell me a time and then make me wait 40 minutes for my services. I’d rather come at a time that is available than be misled. Taking a break from Jenny’s nails.

This is THE BEST NAIL salon in Grand Rapids!!! The ladies are incredibly kind and so much fun to talk with! Sometimes there can be a wait - but it is like that at all nail salons. However, at Jenny's Nails, it is like sitting back and gabbing with your besties while you wait. They do an AMAZING job on my nails. I get a dip and they take their time to make sure it is perfect. And the prices... CANNOT BE BEAT... best prices in the area and they could easily charge more because of the quality of their manicures.

It was my first time there, but I'm definitely going back. I have a huge bunion and a repaired broken ankle and this is the only place I've ever been where the pedicure was enjoyable every minute. I was hesitant as I had the only man there, but he was so gentle, and it was amazing. And a perfect job!

This nail salon is amazing for several reasons: their skilled technicians, who deliver impeccable nail art; the relaxing ambiance that makes you feel pampered; and their use of high-quality products that ensure long-lasting results. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m pretty disappointed. I was in a few days ago to get my nails done before my business trip and my nails look terrible. I asked for almond shape, and instead I got uneven, misshaped, pointed nails. The design is terrible. I even told the lady it was messed up in areas and she didn’t fix it.

Every 4 weeks we get a pedicure and wife gets nails done also. Same operators always. They do a wonderful job. Im offered water or a soft drink, that's nice. The whole staff makes me feel like a good friend.

I had a great experience here, they were kind and helpful, and did an awesome job with the little design I wanted. I will definitely be going back. I do recommend making an appointment, as it seems I'm not the only one who appreciates this business ;)

I’ve been going to Jenny’s for awhile now. And I’ve never been so impressed! I’m a person that loves the thinner look of acrylic nails. And I don’t even need to tell them. They take their time, never try to rush you and will always make sure you’re happy with your nails. There’s not one person in the salon I haven’t gone too and with going to all of the staff members I’d still return to any one.

They all do such a great job! I have been a walk in before and they always get me in so quickly. I try to call to give a heads up and they are good at keeping track and are ready for me when I get there. I have been a return customer for a few months now and continue to plan on going back. This is by far one of the best nail salons in Cascade. I recommend you make an appointment because they are always booked due to the high quality service and reasonable prices.

I won't go anywhere else! They can do anything from a simple manicure to awesome designs, but you'll never be disappointed. They care about their clients, and you can tell there are a lot of regulars- which says a lot about them as well. I have been to my fair share of nail salons, and this one knocks them all out of the park in every aspect.

This nail salon had a clean look that I liked and I loved their wall display! They were nice enough to accept my walk in. They were so polite and did a great job on my pedicure. I'm happy that I've found my new nail salon near my work!
