I love Jenny's but since I moved I haven't been able to go but will soon never had a issue reasonable price. The stylist who usually did my hair is no longer there but i still love them l. I seen a post that stated they didn't speak English and i would say that is wrong because they very much understand and can communicate with you if not there someone who will interpret

These non English speaking damn people they are so unprofessional and they are no help my daughter called them and asked them if they dye hair they told her o yes come on my daughter paid almost 50 dollars for an Uber to get there but when she gets there they tell her o we won’t be able to dye your hair because we are too busy then gone say it will be a 5 hour wait now mind you my daughter got there at 12 something my daughter said it don’t even have that many people in there so I said just wait to see what happens so she waited they finally called her 4 hours later then tell her they don’t do 2 different color dyes this is some piss poor service sorry I recommended y’all but never again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go here either please please please do your research before you go here and it’s always something when you do go here I’ll spend my money else where

I’ve been coming here for years I’m very satisfied with the services me and my daughter have been getting here i would have rated them a 5 but over the years they have become too comfortable and arriving late after arrival Time

Worst salon experience ever was not relaxing at all the lady who washed my hair was sooo rough with my hair like she was angry or didn’t want to work on top of being rough she used excessive force to my head when combing my hair then when it was time to wash it I was burned with hot water twice before calling the manger because I do understand mistakes happen and I wasn’t trying to be that customer if you understand but this is definitely unacceptable and poor customer service I don’t fault the owner she did try to soothe me and hear me out but it definitely wasn’t enough or no way any human should be treated at all no matter what race ,religion or sexual orientation!

I’m really not the type of person to write reviews but I’m speaking up because this was unacceptable!!!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon! I went to go get my hair done at Jenny’s salon. I was called to the back to get my hair washed and when the lady started shampooing my hair, she was so rough that my WEFT extension came off. I showed her where she broke the bead and how it was not attached to the extension anymore, she brushed it off said no it’s fine. Then continued to wash my hair so ruff. She was washing so hard that I could hear my actual hair being ripped off!!! I was so in disbelief. (for a second I told myself maybe this is just how they shampoo here) Then when it was time to brush out my hair with the conditioner, with one hand she grabbed my hair and the other hand she started brushing my extensions so ruff and you can just hear my extensions tearing apart. Honestly that’s when I started to cry because I purchased these extensions about a month ago and they were not cheap and just seeing how she was mistreating my hair had me so upset all I could do was cry. This was my first time going to a different salon after 8 years and I was pretty excited to try somewhere else new only because my original hairstylist was booked and this was a last minute thing. I had to end up, leaving with my hair wet, the back of my shirt all wet (which by the way when she noticed that my back was all wet she said to herself (“oh, I forgot to put a towel”) and eyes full of tears because I did not want the lady to style my hair. What was gonna be next? Get my scalp burn? No thank you. After I told them that I didn’t want to continue the service they told me it was $15 for the wash I paid and when I seen that it went through I started to walk out fast and someone said “oh your receipt” and I replied back saying no thank you I don’t want it then when walking away, I heard someone say “aww” but in a very insensitive sarcastic way. I can’t say if it was one of the employees or a customer but I heard it very clearly. I wanted to turn around and find out who it was (I wish I did) but so much happened at that moment I just wanted to leave that place. Never again.

This were my first time going to this salon and it won't be my last. I was a walk-in on a Saturday evening around 5pm. I knew they would be busy so I came prepared with my phone and tablet charge. The salon was nice and clean. The stylists were all in uniform with their name on it. They move pretty quick too. I had my hair shampoo and conditioner, set with rollers and placed under the dryer. My hair was blown out, flat iron, curl then pin curl up. For all the services I received I usually pay around $70 easy and not to forget, I have a nice length of hair. But when the stylist told me the cost I almost fell out of my chair she told me it was $37 and I had her repeat it, then when I made front to pay she apologized and said it was $42 bc I got my hair pin curl. That still wasn't a major increase in price. My hair was nice and silky looking. It looked like a good, good wig. So many people stop and ask who did my hair or if my hair was a wig. They have a new customer in me.

Very nice clean establishment. Everyone was friendly and they got my hair really straight. It rainer the day I got my hair done. They were nice enough to wrap it for me and give me a plastic cap. For some reason they only take cash on Friday's and Saturday's, just be prepared for that. I'll definately be back.

Called and spoke to Jenny. Explained I have a short pixie cut and needed the sides cut. She told me no problem and just to come. Drove over 30 minutes to get there, the she took one look at my coils and said no, she doesn't have the tools to cut it :/. What a waste of time and gas

For all the natural girls do not go there .I went there last week and the lady gave me a deep conditioner I think she put a perm in it they put to much heat on your hair a few days later I wash my hair and it just falling out and it’s thin!!! They are to lazy to work with thick hair this is unacceptable I would not be coming back

Fui a preguntar por un arreglo a mi cabello y lo primero que me dijeron fue. No puedo. No. no ago ese tipo de trabajo. Pues para mi es una tontería tener un salón de bellesa y decir no puedo o no lo ago. Si no me lo iba aser gratis. así que no la recomendaría a nadie.
