I love this salon and my stylist, Reese! I’ve seen her a few times now and it’s always a great experience. She is very talented for cut, color, and styling. She always takes the time to make sure she understands what I’m looking for before we get started. The salon is nice and in a great location, too!

I am SO glad I found this salon and my stylist, Reese! She is incredible! She is friendly, professional, and extremely talented! I love that Reese takes the time to consult with me on what ideas we both have. She understands what I want, and also offers knowledgeable input and ideas, as we work together to come up with a plan. When it comes to hair...cut, color, style, Reese is very meticulous, and is truly a skilled artist at her trade! It's very obvious that she takes pride in her work, and that she cares that her clients are happy.

I was a first time client here and left just thrilled with my new look. My stylist was Caroline and she was awesome! There was no judgement when I told her I'd been cutting and coloring my own hair lol. The salon is clean and classy, and I love the Aveda scent of the place. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend!

I had Samina. I’m extremely picky, having modeled for hair shows and being spoiled. When I originally called I wanted the owner, as he’s a level 6. Apparently he no longer cuts hair. Sad, but good for him. The receptionist was really awesome. She listened to me and suggested Samina. I thought, I have really long hair, so if she messes up someone else should be able to fix. No fix necessary. She was a lovely person. Also, as an autistic person who tends to get overwhelmed with smells and noises of salons, they were compelled understanding and had a separate room to help limit the sense. Overall, I can’t recommend them enough❤️

If you’re looking to be blonde I do not recommend this salon. Not once did I leave in one single appointment. I had to go twice in one week every for 4 weeks due to my hairstylist messing up my hair. Constantly orange or too dark. I do not recommend.

Samina is amazing! My teenage daughter has very thick and very curly hair and we have been to several other salons looking for a stylist who is great with her hair type. We drive about 90 minutes to get to Jeffrey Richard Salon and it is worth it every time to see Samina! My daughter always walks out of the salon looking and feeling beautiful. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that is provided.

I have never experienced service like what I experienced with Carissa tonight. After receiving a disappointing haircut from a salon in another town, I went to Jeffrey Richard to purchase products to help get the style I wanted. I was greeted by Carissa who enthusiastically walked me through which Aveda products would work best with my type of hair and give me the outcome I was looking for. While that would be enough for a glowing review, Carissa took service to a whole new level by inviting me into her chair and correcting the cut! Thank you for your kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. You made a very big fan tonight!

Caroline did my hair today and she is excellent at doing curly hair cutting, coloring and styling ! I love how it turned out if you have curly hair she is the expert !!!!

Caroline did a fantastic job with my hair! All around great experience - she made my month! I literally started a new job and grad school after — the extra TLC I needed for some new beginnings. Loved the treatment and the cut - felt like a new person after. I also love that it’s a green salon. Will certainly be back to see Caroline for cut, color, updo’s etc.

I am a man with long hair and Giovanni Evans gave me a fantastic haircut! She talked me through a lot of options and gave great advice on what I should do with my hair. Definitely would recommend!

Salon is clean, bright, and spa like. Greeted right away by friendly receptionist. My stylist, Courtney took me right away. Day prior met with Courtney for consult as I wanted a gray blending after disaster appointment in hometown where my hair turned a harsh brassy yellow. Not only did Courtney do a fantastic color correction but gave a super cute refresher cut!! Everyone in salon was friendly and would absolutely recommend getting your hair done there!! Courtney is a hair magician!

I wish I went here sooner! My friend Sky works here and she has been amazing to work with and is very knowledgeable on all things hair. If I ever have a question about what products my hair needs or ideas for hairstyles, I know I can count on her! The staff here are always friendly and provide great service. Added bonus: complementary hand massages!

Love this salon. I’m def coming back for my next cut and style. The place smells amazing, their products feel great on my hair and scalp, and the coffee is delicious. My hair came out looking extra healthy and shiny. The stylist, Skyler worked with me to get the look I wanted and that complemented my face. I highly recommend her and this salon.

At first the experience was amazing, my stylist was kind and gentle. But when I had requested a light trim for my long waist length hair, specifically asking for no shorter than bust length hair (as I need my hair tucked in a bun for work), she kept trimming until my hair reached my collarbone. I would not suggest coming here if you want your hair to be cut in the way YOU want it. (Edit): After talking with the stylist about what went wrong, Leslie of guest services was great and helped immensely. Best wishes to you as well.

Highly disappointed my sister got her hair done here we showed pics back and forth we wanted lots of pink all over we agreed on a middle because the one Stylist did not want to do what we asked so after it was done my sister came out and her hair was nothing like the picture or what we talked about and this morning the little bit of color they did put in her hair ALL came out and looks like her normal hair color again $130 for what I'm guessing was temporary highlights when we asked for permanent color and lots of pink all over

I had a great time at the Salon. I got a perm and it turned out really well my hair was done by Sky her service was great, and very friendly she always laid things out neatly before doing them and did everything that I asked!!

I switched salons 2 or 3 years ago and could not be happier. This salon is the best ever! Absolutely excellent without being pompous in any way. Carissa has figured out my fine hair and my hairstyle is better than it has ever been. Abby is equally wonderful and I can easily go to either. Breanne is wonderful with special styling or haircuts, as well...and my daughter's favorite. The receptionists all make you feel welcomed, important, and appreciated! It is obvious that the stylists and receptionists ENJOY working at the salon and Jeffrey, himself, is warm and friendly, too. LOVE the non-tipping policy. I may never go anywhere else. Thank you all! When I receive compliments on my hair, I send them your way!

My mother is 86 years old and has dementia. They treat her like a queen. She gets her haircut and colored. Tarin does an amazing job and loves on my and blesses me with kindness and understanding!
