I was in town for my 2 year anniversary and scheduled a couple of treatments for myself as a little treat. I did run into a conflict with one of my services due to a health condition of my own, and EVERYONE in the salon worked to help accommodate me. I was unable to do one of my scheduled treatments and as a result, the staff worked to help me get 3 additional treatments in place of the one I could not get. I had a sugar scrub, an express facial, a pedicure, and a shampoo and blowout. Every technician was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about their services. Absolutely amazing experience, I highly recommend making a day out of this salon experience!!

Mani not Complete. Cuticles were not trimmed. Been catching and ripping them every time I put hands in pockets.

My wife has been there before so this time we both went. I got a therapeutic massage by Elizabeth which was awesome and the Mrs got a facial. Very nice day spa. Great service and recommend supporting the local business since it's not a corporation and family ran.

Spent 600. Hundred Dollar's here only complaint I have is the nail technician made me cry was rude...to me made me feel like I was stupid and talking about abusive relationship wich I had ...Domestic Violence not a comfortable situation....... my nail snapping off in 2 days.... didn't cut my cuticles nails lifting and snagging on everything. .... I called to let them know and what they could do or fix the problem my broken nail .. and lifting nails.....I got Disrespected......😞 Agian and yelled at.. .very very disrespectful to me... They should be ashamed of her self.....this is the worst experience ever....

Was in town for a surprise get away for my 53 birthday. My wife blessed me with a massage. I can tell you that Annie was phenomenal! She is the best at making sure your needs are being met during your massage!!! I highly recommend Annie and the Jean Jeffrey Day Spa. Tell Annie I sent ya to the best!!!! 😊

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Rosemary and she was absolutely amazing. She was very soft and gentle and understanding to her client. She made me feel like it wasn't my frist time at that salon. Highly recommend and will go back in the future. Thank you Rosemary for making me feel beautiful
