Absolutely in love with my hair! I made an appointment with Tiana as I’m getting married next week and needed help desperately. I have thick, curly, and course hair and finding a stylist that’s patient is one of my biggest struggles. I have stubborn hereditary white hairs that grow in faster than a biweekly paycheck. In the past I had been using box dye (extremely frowned upon) and doing my hair myself until I found Tiana. I came in to see her yesterday for a refresh on color that was done on me a year ago and she color matched it to PERFECTION! Tiana was extremely attentive and took her time to correct all imperfections. I also received a trim with layers for my future curly styles. Tiana is extremely knowledgeable with my hair texture and it set my mind at ease. My hair feels the healthiest it’s been in a long time! Tiana’s professionalism, attention to detail, and care for customer satisfaction are all qualities that will keep me returning. The other stylists were present as well and their genuine compliments boosted my confidence to levels I didn’t even know were possible. Their attentiveness and care to their customers is also something you don’t see everywhere nowadays. Don’t skip out on the salon at SCV JCPenney. I promise it’s not just for the grandparents.

Elia Elia Elia, she rocked it She made my 9 years old son’s first short hair cut today. I was crying at the end! She was so kind so professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ wanted to share the picture but google does not let me! I ll try to share it later, u need to see before nd after pictures 👍🏻

Love Love Love my hair!! Tiana was my hairstylist, and she is amazing with cut and color. As a fairly new SCV girl, I had a hard time finding a hairstylist. I tried trendy hair salons and a friend referral, but it didn't work. It's hard to find someone who understands ethnic hair. I may not look it, but my hair surely is! Lol, I gave JCP Salon a try and Tiana just blew my mind! Her patience and attention to detail gave me the confidence to know my hair would look and Feel amazing! And it does! The other stylists were great as well. The girl vibe is fire! One of the stylists came to say hi and offered me coffee, and it was delish btw the other stylist saw the before and after, and her reaction was so sincere and excited as I was! Haha Loved everything about JCP Salon. I found my place, my person, the vibe.. I'm already booking my next appointment. I'm not going anywhere else.

My Son and I have been clients of Elia for the past 7 years. She was at a different salon when we met her, and we loved her so much, we followed her to JCPenny Salon. This salon has young, beautiful stylist, and it's not just for your Grandma 😊😜 Elia has the best personality and professionalism! I get a lot of compliments on my cut and highlights and have recommended several people to JCPenny Salon to see Elia. You can tell she loves what she does, and we love our time with her!

I made an appointment with Brittany. She couldn't help me and told me Gary would help. I showed him a picture of the length I wanted my her. It was below the shoulder. He shop so much of my hair. I asked for long layers and he cut cut all my hair so short. He never once asked me if I like it. In addition to my bad haircut experience, there was a child crying and screaming.

made an appt after my teen daughter begged to get her hair cut short. Salon was fine with it until we showed up. the stylist(Rylie?) walked off and the manager said that she didn’t feel comfortable cutting her hair(too cowardly to tell us to our face) but i guess she had no problem humiliating a child. Bravo. Avoid this place at all cost. What a pathetic salon.

Took my daughter for her hair cut again a few weeks ago. Both times the girls there were very attentive and so kind. My daughter loves it and will only go there now for cuts! Thank you!!
