I been there 2 times and then I have Alexandra take care of me , She is awesome and understand what I want and she made me look great after I get my hair done by her Love it .. I'll keep make appointment with her if I need to get my hair done ... my highlight is look sooooo dang goooooood, try her !

Muy mala experiencia, me hice babylights y no cumplió con mis expetactivas de color ni siquiera se acercó , aparte algunos pedazos de decoloración no decoloró bien, no pasaba bien la brocha y quedaron pedazos sin decolorar, regresé a que me lo “arreglara” solo me puso shampoo color creo, nefasto para $170, y $30 de propina!! Pensé que lo peinaban o algo así, y salí con el cabello todo frizziado y algunas partes mojado aún!! Horrible trabajo!! Quisiera la devolución de mi dinero, si no es todo merezco una parte.. Regresé según a que me lo arregalaran y solo me tiñieron más oscuro donde habían dejado anaranjado, igual me quedó de colores, me regresaron $35 dólares y añadieron que me habían puesto un supuesto tratamiento cuando a mí nunca se me avisó ni cobro en el primer trabajo, ya después la manejadora quiso sacar eso para evadir su responsabilidad y su horrible y espantoso trabajo!!! Muy prepotente la manejadora ASHLEY, aunque yo tenía un testigo de lo que estaba diciendo, su estilista ALEXANDRA, y ella trataban de decirme mentirosa, cuando su misma trabajadora de recepción les decía que estaba yo en lo correcto ya que ella desde un principio estaba traduciéndome y siempre estuvo al tanto de lo que pasaba!!!!! Desagradables personas y muy muy mentirosas

I made an appointment online & got Kathy Nguyen for a single process hair color and my hair is shoulder length. She colored my hair (brown) took 35 minutes to process. I noticed she didn''t really shampoo my hair like they usually do when you can feel it in your scalp but thought nothing of it. She asked me if I wanted to trim my hair to take off split ends. I said Yes and she "trimmed" my hair (that's it) she said she wanted to blow dry it so she could cut it more. She dried my hair, no style and I put it in a ponytail. I get to the register and the bill is $185! Now, I did ask for Olaplex which was an additional $30. So, she charged me $100 for the single color and $55 to trim my hair. I left a $10 tip because I was in a huge hurry. I came home and my husband said "Did they wash your hair?" I said "Yes." I look in the mirror with my glasses on and my scalp still had the Clairol root color all along the part because she didn't really shampoo my hair like everyone else. Not ONLY that I have been there twice before to have highlights down (blond) with Lisa and the process took like 2 hours and the work was much more tedious and it wasn't has much as this haircut and I had the Olaplex added when I paid for those services - Lisa was great. I called and asked for the manager because I feel they should refund me for the haircut - $55 for a trim is ridiculous! I won't be going back there ever again. ********************UPDATE*********************************** 7.15.24 - I spoke with the manager and everything was made right. I felt valued and respected and I will make sure I stick with the same stylist in the future and will be returning to the salon.

I had a wonderful experience here. I'm a woman in my late twenties and my appointment was with Barb. Barb was so thoughtful of my hair texture and pattern and face shape and I feel my cut is so flattering. I'm growing my hair out from a pixie and she dis a great job finding a style that suited me and helped me through this grow out stage. She was kind and warm. None of the conversations felt forced and I didn't feel judged at all for some of more questionable past hair choices I was there to fix. She walked me through hair care and styling. I will be going back to her for as long as she's there!

Never been In before. My lady was nice & Accommodated me for my hair even though she had to squeeze people in between me Internet times is not the correct times when you put in what you want.

Wow....awesome. As a guy, I would never have thought a salon would go well, but my son and I desperately needed haircuts. We had different stylists, but both were awesome. This is our go-to now. We both have crazy cow licks, but we look normal for now.

they did my haircut wrong, I also asked for layers and they didn’t do it and it did not turn out how i wanted it to be and they said it will come out as the picture I wanted and I cried afterwards because I love my hair so much that they messed it up so much even though my mom gave them a 20$ tip!! 😡

Alycia did an amazing job with my color, cut, wax and style! She took the time and addressed my concerns and the color was spot on with existing color. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and what products to use!! I will defiantly be back with her!!

I started going to Alva in August and she changed my life! I love my hair every time and even more I love how kind she always is and she makes me feel so comfortable. I make my next appointment before I leave her chair and I Always leave feeling so happy. 10/10 Recommend!

I've been looking for a hair salon for a while and the last couple times visited Lisa at this location. I was happier with my second cut ✂️ so may continue with her services. I just wish the cost wasn't so much but that may be anywhere. The front desk staff was very nice.

Over 3 hrs for color that took several tries. Worse haircut ever. Was told no specials or holiday deals the saw deals on line. $200 down the toilet, never going back.
