Horrible Experience!!! I witnessed a mom bring in her daughter for a hair cut and the daughter had beautiful long curly hair and they so called professionals complained about a simple wash and cut just because her hair was curly.. They continued to make unprofessional and rude comments about the hair cut in front of the daughter and mom.. That is disgustingly behavior from these so called professionals and I would 0/10 recommend coming to this salon unless you want to be publicly embarrassed and ridiculed just because they hate doing their job.

Being an older woman who actually styles her hair, I wanted a short layer cut from the 80's and 90's. I have gone several times with photo and instructions. I got a short chili bowl, a long chili bowl and a spike. They don't get it -even the seasoned master cutters.

Asked for long, face-framing curtain bangs and got very short bangs that go straight across my forehead. I look like Gale Weathers in Scream 3 now. I don't know what I did to deserve this brutality against my hair.

If I could put 0 I would on score .Went to get long layers .Walked out with front hair that was about 2 inches long and sides and bangs and back hair was 5 inches long .Wish is funny never had someone mess up this bad but can blame 2 not 1 hair styling person.She was real sweet her name p and a young girl with tattoos and short hair her name was wendy. Wendy walked over during haircut and said every used a razor before p said no and because she didn't have guts to tell other girl to go back to her station I end up with a crappy haircut.So neither did good on hair cut.It will take me 6 months before my hair looks right .Oh I forgot I even brought a picture to show her lol that didn't help me or her.Wendy should have stayed at her station

I really like my stylist. His area is always tidy, and he makes sure that I am comfortable. The management needs work, and this is apparent to the clients. The staff seems to be taking calls and assisting with check invoices and over compensating their duties. Arriving late is a big I infraction as you may receive a rushed service. I suggest apologizing and then rescheduling.

I'm going back to see Jeanne! She fixed me up several months ago, but I got down, so I started dying my hair black. I can't wait to see her again, she is THE BEST!! This will be a drastic change, but I trust her!

I’m so disappointed today they don’t even know how to do hair spa they just wash my hair use conditioner blow dry my hair . That’s not hairspa . I do better way in my house cashier was very rude also

Shelby destroyed my hair. This person clearly did not understand the assignment and if you don’t know how to encounter Mexican coarse hair, you had the responsibility of letting me know. I was clear when I said I wanted my roots done but she didn’t have time to do my roots and did as she pleased. Sitting for 2hours with bleach not only ruined my hair but she didn’t work fast enough to make it leveled. I had warm tones and platinum tones. I want to also let Shelby know, even your team instructed you to work fast and told you what to do and you did the total opposite. Missed a wedding thanks to this awful turn out. The worst part is seeing all the other facial expressions while this person ruined my hair as I sat there. Samantha the manager, did not follow up once I asked to get her regional manager involved. I have spent more to fix it. Good luck if you decide to come here. No stars. Hope these pictures speaks louder than what I just wrote.

Wendy has been the only person my DS child would allow to cut her hair! She was amazing with her!! She also did an excellent layer cut on my hair, I highly recommend Wendy!!

Booked a last minute appointment with Gary. Super friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done to my hair. I would highly recommend getting your hair done by him. Also the staff at the salon are very friendly! 10/10 recommend this place ☺️

If I could give a negative star I would. Did not come close to the picture we gave for my son's hair. He is growing it out and she shaved the sides. When asked, her response was, "its hair. It will grow back". Then she try to charge me 30, when they told us 20 when we walked in. Horrible experience

It was the worst experience ever poor customer service, I’ve ever lived too have, 1, appointment was made on April 16, for April 17, @2:45pm, I called too verify of appointment on the 17, receptionist replied tiara, is running late please come @ 3, I returned @3, she was still running late , so they say, I called before returning @3:30, they booked me with someone else named Stephanie she did an excellent job, Tiara was attending to another customer I asked what was the missed up with my appointment today ? I’m glad after all I got switched over, excuses lies aren’t tolerated @ a business you’re messing with clients time money, I’ve lost respect trust over all for Jcpenneysalon

the lady that colored my hair did not give me what i asked for at all but brittany!!! at the front desk was extremely kind and helped me out with my hair and figuring out what to do about it. she was caring and i could tell she really wanted to help me to the best of her ability. she was amazing and gave the best customer service i have ever experienced.
