No one is ever available to do any hair. Not sure what happened to all the hairstylists that used to work there. Every time I go and ask for a certain hair style or service, no one knows how to do it. And I don't understand why they have salon hours if almost no one is working, present for their work shift, or if they just don't know how to do certain services. How did these people even pass the state board exams? Used to be my go to place years ago, but now I would not recommend it at all.

I scheduled an appointment at 12pm with Riley I arrived at 12pm I waited in line as the lady at the register helped another customer after she helped that customer she walked them over to the salon and never came back as if I was invisible. I sat there and waited for another 9 minutes thinking she would come back. So I finally rang the bell and she came over I told her I had an appointment at 12pm she said “okay well she’s doing someone else’s hair right now so you’ll have to wait”. I sat in the waiting area for 5mins and finally Riley came over and helped another customer then finally acknowledged me and said “I’m doing highlights right now I will talk me 20-30mins to finish applying this then I will be with you our booking system is messed up today”. I completely understood that but a whole hour passed by no one came to check on me or anything so I left. This was horrible service and never will I go back! Thank you to Ulta Beauty Salon for taking me in the same day

I would highly recommend no one getting their haircut here. I went and they messed my hair up and then I went back and it's okay at best. Basically they have amateurs in there and I just really wouldn't recommend going.

Said closes at 7 and we got there at 5:30 and someone was there but refused to take me in for a quick flat iron to ore washed hair

She butchered my hair. NEVER AGAIN!! They do not know how to cut hair!!!

Got a fade on sides and back, left top a little longer. These people are great skill wise and in personality! Have been going there for over a year now.
