Brandi has been doing my hair for several years at the Dover JCPenny Salon. I can honestly say I'm very happy with the service I receive! Each time I arrive, I'm greeted and treated well. Brandi and her colleagues are professional, quick and thorough. The salon is clean and spacious. Brandi knows how to do many styles with various hair types. It makes you feel good to come into a salon to relax and feel pampered. Plus, customers don't wait long periods of time to be seen at this salon. I want to recognize Bonnie. I enjoy speaking with Bonnie, who is another stylist who does a great job. I highly recommend the Dover JC Penny salon. Well Done team!

Brandy is an amazing stylist. She is very knowledgeable about both hair color and highlights, and has been doing my hair for years. Brandy is skilled with all hair lengths; however, works her skilled magic on long hair. She has an infectious positive personality, and is flexible with scheduling.

Appointment with Courtney- What a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about how professional, particular, and personable she was. My hair looked great and my spirit was uplifted after. I had hair hair trim and silky press.

Love the professionalism of the hair salon. Every one is so nice and the salon is always clean. Been going for a few years now and have never left unhappy. Brandy is AWESOME and she listens to what you want done. Great atmosphere and I’ll definitely recommend her. Deb V.

Brandy is excellent. I keep coming back for the attention and attention to detail. The salon in Dover is equipped with trained personnel that make my experience great. I keep coming back. Also like the walk-in appointments. I’ve purchased good product as well.

Stopped in before shopping to get my young sons haircuts… Bonnie did such an amazing job with them. I’ve taken them to a few different places but Bonnie is the only one that cut their hair exactly how I wanted and I didn’t even have to tell her. She was also super patient, quick, and great with my kids. We will definitely be bringing them back to her.

If I could give a -20 rating, I would. I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this salon. In February 2021, I had a stylist mess my hair up so badly when she colored it, that it cost me $450, 2 trips, to another salon to correct it. Then I went back last week, purchased an item, and had a stylist beg me to cut my hair, and try to show me the salon had changed. Against my better judgment I allowed her. She chopped all my hair off and butchered it. When I went back to have it fixed, another stylist informed me that the same lady, cut her hair and did the same thing. She said the lady has many complaints and does the same thing to other customers. Wow! So, let's keep her employed? JcPenney salon is for the misfit stylists, in their last leg, from other salons, and hires anyone. A toddler could do hair better. Do not subject yourself to a horrible experience. Avoid the Dover Mall location. I warned you!!!!!!

I absolutely love this salon... Bonnie was amazing she did a great job on my hair it come out better then I expected Bonnie and The other lady we're very professional and friendly... She also fixxed my grandson hair and he absolutely loves it. ✂️🥰❤️

I've avoided salons like the plague for years due to bad experiences but recently my daughter wanted her hair done for the first time ever. She wanted a very technical and vivid ombre. Something I was afraid most salons might mess up. Found out that this location was under new management and gave it a shot. We could not have been more pleased with the results of her ombre. The initial bleaching looked so good that it made me want to have mine done as well. My daughter is ecstatic about her hair thanks to lora !
