Ms Eva is one of the best hairdressers I've ever worked with in my life. She gave me the exact style I wanted and made it look perfect, she's definitely got a golden hand and I would recommend her to anybody and everyone for what you want done to your hair!

I went to Jazzy braids to get my daughter hair done. Jazzy was a pleasure to speak with she did my daughter hair beautiful, this was 2wks ago. Her staff is very professional they make you feel at home we laughed and talked the experience is great I recommend everyone to go to Jazzy Braidz Salon . They do knows how to do hair and teach you how to take care of your hair.

Jazzy Braids is the truth! Ms. Eva not only does a great job on my hair, but she grows my hair and gives me great maintenance tips in-between services. I used to suck at that part. My hair is finally healthy. This is my spot now. Appreciate you Ms. Eva!

My daughter had an amazing experience with Miss Tuulaah. She has a meticulous eye and pays attention to detail. She is very hardworking and focused on her work. Will hopefully be using her talents again in the future. Thanks for everything Tuulaa , you definitely made my daughter happy with her Box Braids, they’re beautiful!!

I have been brining my daughter here for about 6 years. My daughter is mixed race and her hair became too thick and tight at the root for me to manage. Jazzy helped to get my daughter’s hair back to healthy! (someone in another salon had put a chemical relaxer on her hair without my permission). All of the stylist we have had at Jazzy Braidz have all done an excellent job with my daughter various hairstyles. They have also helped guide her how to manage her own hair which has been such a blessing through the teenage years. We are very grateful to have found Jazzy Braidz.

I had the biggest knot in my hair after I had fallen on hard times. I walked into the salon and Jazzy reassured me she would be able to get it out. I was skeptical because of how bad the knot was. She got it out and also made me laugh and smile during the process. I came in very discouraged and walked out with a smile on my face. I can't wait to go back!

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I'm gonna have to break this review into multiple sections because there is simply so much to talk about! 1. Environment: Miss jazzy's is extremely clean and welcoming, everything from the floors to the ceiling almost looks spotless! Tools are properly sanitized and staff use hand sanitizer every single time they touch someone's hair. Miss jazzy plays very welcoming and relaxing music in which I loved since my dreads took about 7 hours to complete. Bathroom is super clean and they even have a water cooler Incase you get thirsty. Chairs are super comfy, and the AC keeps you nice and cool 😎 2. Staff: Miss Jazzy is extremely professional but welcoming on a completely unexplainable level. Within 1-2 hours of being inside the salon, I felt like we were all family! Nothing but smiles and laughs ALL DAY! All staff is extremely respectful and kind, mindful of what the customer wants specifically which is superb! She stopped about 4-5 times and let me know if I had any questions to ask or if I wanted anything specific done with my hair throughout the whole process. For a first timer with dreads it calmed my nervousness exponentially, especially since she was super clear and concise on everything she told me! I have to say the staff at this establishment is like no other. 11/10 3. Product: I came in for a full head of interlocking dreads, with completely straight hair. I left looking the exact way I wanted to. Miss Jazzy's experience made me feel a lot more comfortable booking the appointment and even with high expectations, she blew them out of the water. My dreads look amazing! 😍 The loc-aid spray that she recommends smells AMAZING and is unisex. During the appointment I was able to experience a little bit of her training other staff and she is more than an excellent teacher. The dread tube I purchased from there is high quality and comfortable AF! 4. Pricing: the price is what you would expect for such long and hard work. Mine ended up around 1100-1200 with the loc-aid spray and tube. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. These amazing women work hard and tirelessly with minimal breaks unless YOU want a break. The quality of the product and information cannot be beat since other salons cruise around the same price range. If you think that spending that much on hair is absurd, the dread lifestyle may not be for you. Overall I give my experience above and beyond 10/10 stars. If you are thinking of getting your hair done here, do it. It's literally a day that I will never forget. They don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like family :) I wanna say thank you to Miss Jazzy for everything and everyone else who worked on my hair, going 7 days strong keeping it dry and it looks better and better each day. I literally cannot stop looking in the mirror now, whereas beforehand I was the exact opposite, I couldn't look at myself for more than 10 seconds in the mirror. Last night I had a nightmare that I got all of my hair wet and I woke up panicking harder than I ever have before 🤣🤣🤣. Much love to miss Jazzy and her staff and thank you for making such a huge impact on my life! ♥️♥️♥️

I had a really really bad situation with my hair that I had no idea where to go, or how to fix it. After reaching out to a friend, she directed me to Jazzy's. my personal situation was I had gotten my hair so matted from being sick, just combing through was no longer an option. The ladies at Jazzy's were ready to help with no hesitation. Lindsay got me scheduled in that very day, Ms Nik worked on my hair for two days with the help of Ms Joy. Finishing it off in the last four hours was Ms Jazzy herself. It was literally a group effort and it was handled with Love and understanding. Despite my fears and hesitation due to trust issues, they didn't let any of that stop them from not only brushing combing my hair out, but they saved my long, natural hair. The only way you could tell it had even happened is my hair was a little thin, but still looks so beautiful again. Thank you so much Ms Jazzy and team for giving me back my self confidence and helping me feel beautiful again. I feel like not only did I find a new salon, but I made some great friends ❤️

I had the worst hair experience of my life. I was here for literally 10 HOURS (not an exaggeration) and walked out with my hair looking terrible and no where near what I requested. I had to go to another salon to fix my hair because I was so embarrassed of having to walk around like that. I learned from the other salon that the color I requested should have been done over multiple sessions. A professional should have known that and informed me upfront. They don’t provide refunds, only corrections but at that point I didn’t trust them to do anything else to my hair, so I’m out hundreds of dollars for a haircut since nothing else they did was worth the money.

Inquires about getting crochet locs. The lady texted me back and said starting at $350 I asked what do you mean starting she then asked me for a picture and then she said she said $500 for six week hairstyle! that’s ridiculous and I’ve never been quote that much ever. Do better

Miss Leah did box braids for my daughter. I was beyond impressed by the entire experience. Booking was super easy through their website. Moss Leah communicated with me after booking to confirm the look we were going for by sending pictures and examples (which I really appreciated so we all knew what the expectation was). We showed up to our appointment time at 10 am prompt and Miss Leah was ready and waiting for us! She welcomed us right in and got right to work. The salon was super clean, bright and professional looking. It took many hours but she was very professional. I felt comfortable leaving my teenage daughter for blocks of time with the ladies there. They offered her snacks and drinks. My daughter was able to take a lunch break. The end result was phenomenal. They look perfect! We are both SO HAPPY! We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you so much for such a good experience. The whole thing was Seamless. I can't imagine it going any better than it had. 10 stars!

I found a quality salon experience here in AZ. I found myself dreading going to hair braiders that request your hair already be washed and blow dried before your appt..honestly. Bc sometimes you just want the option of the full salon treatment especially for a new protective style, I requested (small box braids). Finding Jazzy was a Godsend cause they do it all here! Nothing was missed w making sure I was satisfied and knowledgeable about my hair. Jazzy and Kylie are very skilled and expressed genuine care about my experience and result. 10/10

This salon is hands down the best. Miss Jazzy and her well trained team added dreadlocks extentions to my hair. It was a long process however every step was handled with care and attention so I would have the best outcome. I am blown away by the results!!! I feel like for the first time in years I have my confidence back, that is priceless. If you are considering Jazzys Braids services I can tell you that they will treat you as an individual and strive to make sure everyone of their clients gets skilled services and that the correct techniques are used on whatever hair type you have.
