Wonderful unique spa! The day before I called to see if they had availability on the off chance they weren't booked. The owner stayed open late just for us and were incredibly accommodating. The salt room cleared our sinuses and the massage was amazing for our tired legs after skiing. A must visit if you can!

My mother and I visited the Vermont Salt Cave for a relaxing salt session. While waiting, the owner was very friendly and shared her knowledge of traditional medicine and health practices. When our salt cave time arrived, she set us up and left us to unwind. It was certainly a relaxing experience with a wonderful ambience. Her shop had lots of goodies, and I couldn't help but leave with some teas and plant-based nail polishes. She even gave us a blessing to take away with us before leaving.

My family and I have been going to the Vermont Salt Cave since the first year it opened. We always find the experience to be refreshing and invigorating! As someone who was born in VT and does not enjoy cold weather, I find starting with the Foot and Hand Detox treatment, followed by a Salt Cave session is the perfect combination to warm and relax your body and leave you feeling cleansed and healing. ♥️

I found Jay Peak Massage by coincidence, and I feel fortunate that I did. Today, I had a massage with Michelle, who was professional and focused on my needs. Her techniques helped release all of my tight muscles in just an hour. The setting added to the experience: warm, relaxing, and soothing. I can't wait for my next visit.

Absolutely lovely property managed by very attentive hosts. The salt cave offers a variety of health-beneficial features such as Himalayan salt cave treatments, holistic foot baths, massages, and reiki treatments. Take your pick - they're all great! Perfect location for soothing the body and soul. Take time out from the hustle and bustle of the daily craziness to kick back, relax, and regenerate your body and mind. Well worth it!

Serendipity personified. By chance I came across this unforgettable day spa surprise, when we were visiting northern Vermont recently from the UK. Had an incredible deep tissue massage that did wonders for my back and dodgy hip. I then followed up with a rejuvenating session at the Vermont Salt Cave Spa in Montgomery Centre, which I highly recommend. It was totally relaxing, I actually fell asleep and woke up feeling completely reborn. I whole heartedly bestow more than 5 stars for this day spa close to Jay Peak. As Arnie says, I’ll be back.

The highlight of my visit was the excellent Reiki treatment. My attentive and skilled practitioner guided me through a session that harmonized my energy, removed blockages, and relieved stress. I felt a profound sense of relaxation. I also indulged in a traditional Chinese foot soak. The warm, herbal-infused water was a delightful treat for my tired feet, and the gentle massage accompanying it was both soothing and refreshing. I could feel the tension ebbing away with each moment. Finally, I concluded my spa day with a session in the Salt Cave. The ambiance was otherworldly, with walls made of Himalayan salt and a soft, ambient glow. Breathing in the mineral-rich air felt refreshing, and I emerged from the cave feeling even more relaxed. Overall, my visit to the spa was delightful. I spent a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating morning at Jay Peak Massage. I had a foot soak and reiki session then had a lovely nap in the salt cave. If I lived closer this would be part of my regular routine and I will surely go back! Highly recommend a visit.

I spent one of the most relaxing days of my life at Jay Peak Massage. The salt cave was a new experience, and lived up to its billing. Be prepared to fall into dreamland, and wake up rejuvenated! The traditional foot soak was a novel experience for me as well, and the combination of the foot soak and salt lamps for my hands was cleansing.

I was visiting the area and needed a massage. I was able to get in immediately with Joelle and she is an absolutely incredible massage therapist. The space was warm and welcoming. Joelle listened to my concerns and gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage. After I was finished I spoke with the owners Nafis and Sarita and they were equally welcoming and very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back when I return!!

The salt cave was the most amazing experience, ever; it was cool, relaxing & re-energizing. The surroundings were peaceful & calming, and the effects of the salt cave stayed with me for a long time afterwards. Having the opportunity to spend time talking with the proprieters (Sarita & Nafis) about my health issues was priceless! They suggested natural herbal treatments that have made a significant difference, and for that, I'm extremely grateful. This is an experience that's not to be missed.
