Lash lift and tint were poorly done, sloppy with tint & lashes were hardly lifted and the girl said like two words to me the whole time. Customer service as well as doing service properly are important.

I had my first lash lift and tint done today with Jasmine and i’m so happy with the results! My lashes look amazing! I love the modern yet rustic decor of her shop and how clean and sanitary it was. The area of Bayport that it’s in is also very quaint and beautiful, it made me feel relaxed and peaceful. I was very pleased with how relaxing and comfortable the lift and tint process was as well. Jasmine was very gentle and delicate with my eyes. I highly recommend getting your lash lift and tint done at Jasmine Escape Beauty Bar!

Went to Jasmine for a lift and tint and I’m AMAZED by the results. I have long lashes to begin with, so her work made it look like a I have extensions. The salon is beautiful and super clean and I was so relaxed. If you’re thinking about getting a lift and tint, Jasmine is the girl!

Your right clarity is key, and you seemed to not clarify anything, which is what lead to this problem ! If you would read your own Groupon it is $64 for natural set and $80 for classic - so maybe you need clarification ? —- A, The first thing I said to you when I called was the Groupon for $64 and you said you would honor it without purchase —— B, it was awkward to say anything as you had someone in the waiting room and you were already aware that we spoke about this, and she was literally right next to me—— C, you did not touch every lash because I had many that had not extension on them —- D, your Groupon mentions no words of only filling half the lashes for natural and all for classic so maybe you should “clarify” that as others do —- E, when you state natural or classic it normally means the style of lash which again I supplied my own, and no where on your groupon does it mention percentages of the fill so that’s misleading —— F you said $100 flat, if I was aware I was going to be lied to and overcharged I would have brought all the cash obviously! ———————————————— I found Jasmine through Groupon, when I called her she told me not to purchase the Groupon which for $64 she would honor it. Well I went to Jasmines, where I also provided my own lashes, and after I was done she tells me it’s $100! I was blown away, and low and behold the Groupon for $64 was gone, and she had failed to remember, she didn’t even just charge me $100 she’s charged my card $105 which I never even agreed to, it’s pretty rude and bad business, you don’t charge someone $40 more and not honor your word.

Truly fantastic!!! I bought the lash tint & lift. My first try at this & very happy with the results. The place is spotless, love that! Jasmine is very kind & professional. She told me to relax.... I'm not one to relax & yet I snoozed most of the time,lol. I'm very happy with the results & my entire experience. Fantastic from beginning to end!!!
