I have been to Jasmine’s Salon before and they did a great job! My third time coming back I brought my daughter to get her hair done as well. This go around they had new staff. I got a color and blow out as I usually do when I come to this salon. When I say my hair has been dry and very brittle to the point that I have to keep moisturizing my hair more than usual. My daughter hair was mid back when she got her hair done it was a little pass her shoulder. I’m like you didn’t have to cut that much off because I keep her hair trimmed and healthy. My daughter hair has been falling out and I honestly believe they put some type of chemical in her hair and my daughter has never had a chemical in her hair a day in her life! Now I have to get my daughter hair back thick and to a healthy stage again. You all should really be ashamed of yourselves for the wrong doing you are doing to people hair. I will NEVER go back to them.

I absolutely love this place, I've been going here for years. I don't care when I call, they never tell me no. I called yesterday while I was at work asked if I could come when I got off. I got there at 445, was done and walking out the door at 545. My hair looks amazing. I'll try to post a picture.

Unfortunately I don’t think I’m going back. What a huge confusion because they don’t speak English. I usually go, get done and leave. Jasmin actually caused a lot of confusion. I was angry. Then i was taken out of dryer after 10 minutes. I told him I am not dry and they took took me out. And then my hair was still damp Boy was I angry I wanted to just leave And then just like a couple of you all are saying my hair is now thinner and I have natural hair after a deep conditioner. My hair is so thin when I have thick natural hair. I don’t think they’re using the conditioner because you got to go under the dryer so the relaxer would take your hair out if you’re under the dryer. A bad taste in my mouth

Great service, friendly staff. I get my blowouts here and I won’t go anywhere else!! My blowout lasts a very long time. I definitely recommend!!!

I was excited to come to this salon because of the reviews. However, I am not happy nor will I return. I spent $140 and wish I hadn’t. I saw online it opens at 10am. I showed up at 10am. No one was there. Salon didn’t open until 10:20 am. And only because I tried opening the door, no one answered so I left. A lady came and yelled for me. So for first impressions, it was not good. I had my hair dyed, layers cut and rollers then blow dry. Took Ramona 4 hours with an empty salon. Never in my life have I been that long in a salon. I grew up in a Dominican Salon and have very curly hair. Never took 4 hours even on their busiest of days. My layers are not even and are too short in the front and long in the back which means when I wear it curly it’s going to look all kinds of wrong. It looks wrong even straight! Ugh. I am not happy. I will not return. I came in with long hair and will have to find another salon that can fix my layers which means my hair will be shorter!!! Never again.

Absolutely love my hair, they're quick and efficient. I get my hair washed and set with rollers then a little bit of the straightening iron. Perfect everytime!

Best kept secret in East Raleigh. Dominican blowouts that last for weeks (NY STYLE), and no burns. Also master colorist Margarita can bring it- in a healthy way. The other ladies in the shop are great too. Check them out!

My hair was a complete mess today!! Margarita, was so nice about it very patient with the detangling process and straightening my hair to perfection!! This was my first time visiting this salon and I look forward to going back!! The salon is very clean and decorated nicely!

I arrived on (09/16/22) @3:45pm and Margarita, did a Surperb job on all that natural hair. Very attentive nice and extremely professional. I was out by 7:15pm with this beautiful hairdo just in time for my oldest daughter's wedding on Saturday (09/17/22) If you want a great stylist and a marvelous hairdo go check out (Margarita) Anita recommended her

I brought my 11yr old daughter in for a blowout. I only allow her hair to be straightened 1 or 2 times a year. Her hair looked good afterwards, but smelled smoky. I thought maybe it was normal. Well, a week later after 2 washes and deep conditioning, her hair still smells like burnt weeds! I will not be returning and recommend the stylists pay attention that the hair is fully dried before applying heat! Pay attention!

Trabajan bien pero no deben abusar mucho con el precio son muy caro no abusen mucho porfavor yo se q el trabajo es fuerte pero tengan un poco de consideración.
