I called the salon while I was at work to see if they took walk-ins. They told me they did, but when I arrived, they only took in people they already knew. The customer service was terrible. My son and I waited for 2 hours for his haircut, but no one was available to cut his hair. The owner said he would be back in twenty minutes, but he never returned. We won't be going back there again.

Had a 1:30 appointment, didn't get into the barber's chair until 3 pm. Then they charged him $30 for the wrong cut. See what he asked for and what he got. A mess

I had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the barber really understood what I wanted for my nephews haircut. The service was efficient and the result was exactly what I had envisioned. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch men's haircut.

I needed a hair cut and well I got one. When I get to the place, I was happy to try something other than great clips. I can’t believe I’m about to say this but great clips is 1000 percent better than this place. One guy told me to come over and sit in a chair and that’s what I did, I showed him what I wanted and he said okay. He started on the back and it was going good it seemed like he knew what he was doing but not until the end of the haircut I would tell you the whole story but it would be boring. When I looked in the mirror I was so upset but didn’t want him to feel bad so I acted happy. The haircut didn’t even look nothing like the picture not one bit the sides weren’t even at all. They don’t accept card guys so just letting you know they asked for my cash app and it didn’t work so I went to a atm, I didn’t even want to pay the guy but because I’m trying to grow up than I do pay the guy. I went into my mom car and was upset I was hoping to pull some woman but now I will never. I’m wearing a beanie for a month. I repeat this place is not worth a shot at all they don’t really care about what you think, I wish I just listen to my mom and go to great clips.

My daughter wanted a shape up for her 16th birthday. I was hesitant bc it’s a non traditional look for a teenage girl. However I encourage my children to express themselves & a hair cut to her expresses that she in tune with her masculine self as well as her faminine self. She’s bisexual & she wants the world to know. This haircut gave her the strength she needed to embrace her true self. She absolutely loves it. Her barber Jany was patient with her and asked her a bunch of questions to ensure he was cutting it to her liking. She loves it & that’s all that matters to me

They took me and my kid for a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. I had the pleasure of having the owner cut my hair. He took his time and did an excellent job on both my son's and my hair. He was super kid friendly and my kid started shy at the beginning and warmed right up to him. My car also failed me when I went to leave and they were super hospitable while I was trying to figure out what to do with it. I would definitely recommend them and I will be coming back even though it is fairly out of my way.
