Let me preface this by saying I am a harsh critic. I am super picky about my nails and I usually end up dissatisfied when I try a new salon. The first time I came to Jae’s was when I had a nail emergency and I needed my acrylic replaced. This salon was the one that was closest to me at the time, so I had low expectations. However, I was SO PLEASED with the results. Tony did the most wonderful job, and from then on, I knew I would be coming back. I’ve been to many nail salons both in and around Nashville- None compare to Jae’s nail bar!!! AMAZING customer service, great facilities, great prices and great nails! Please come to this salon!

Great customer Service I have been to 4 nail salons since I moved to Nashville recently. I have finally found a shop that meets my standards and my nails are great I have had many compliments.

I had Tony doing my full set, dip acrylic. He did a great job, he was so friendly and engaging - made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job. I will be coming back for sure! So far I think this was my favorite experience in Nashville as far as salons go.

I’ve been getting my nails done here since I moved to Nashville 8 months ago. They consistently do a great job. I get the gel builder, which is much lower maintenance than acrylic and lasts way longer than regular gel or dip (I have oily nail beds and a job that is very tough on my hands). They give really great, long massages during pedicures. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I was visiting a friend in town and needed a fill, Eason was amazing! Quick but very careful and meticulous. My nails turned out fabulous! Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

I've been here several times and they have always been really nice. I mostly get gel pedicures. They always look fantastic and the place is always clean!

If you like your nails long, this is NOT the place for you. Don't waste your time and ESPECIALLY your money! like please go give your money to someone who deserves it. They gon charge you extra if you even BREATHE in that mfka🤣 an extra 20 DOLLARS for a length that literally wasn't even that long at ALL and to top it all off they broke/came off within days! Mind you, I wasn't doing anything I usually don't with my acrylics (I get them even longer than what they gave me and those never break) I went back and got those fixed and this time again, within DAYS, 2 of em broke off smh. The lady's acrylic was watery as hell and it got under my nail and all over my cuticles, the paint job was ugly and messy, and she drilled my nail beds thin asfk. Also, she was genuinely struggling to keep that soupy a$$ acrylic on the nail tip, like forreal wrestling with it yall😭 The shape was off too like how you having trouble shaping a simple square nail if you're in a shop?? I SHOULDVE JUST WENT TO MY REGULAR NAIL TECH😩! like at least my full set would've lasted forever. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IVE EVER HAD TO GET REPAIRS IN MY LIFE!!! I only came here because I needed my nails done ASAP for a trip. Just know I learned my lesson, and they ain't gotta ever worry about seeing me here again.

The price does not come close to matching the quality of what you get. My nails weren’t really cut or shaped evenly. The massage was nice , which I upgraded for. Overall experience was okay.

This place would’ve gotten 5 stars but I cannot make this up🤯. I got a pedicure and a full set. Everything was fine until I got in the chair (for a full set.) All I wanted was FRENCH TIP NAILS!!!!! I did show them a picture that was still FRENCH tips but chrome gold. Due to the price I no longer wanted gold tips. My exact words were “ I want short regular French tip nails”. Boom, as she’s doing my nails, she asked me what color I wanted for my base. At that point I should’ve asked but she told me “no worries” as if she knew what I wanted!!! Again, just regular French tips nails I cannot stress this enough. As she proceeds she put the color that’s shown on my nails ( in the picture) and put white on top! A HOT MESS! I told her “that’s not what I wanted” and to just leave it as is. Maybe I should’ve elaborated on what French tips nail are but I’ve NEVER had an issue with French tip nails before this is insane. I shouldn’t have paid but respectfully I did! In other words, if you want something simple like French tips. I would make a PowerPoint presentation before you sit in the chair. Because, I am lost for words !!!!🤯🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Giving 4 stars and not 5 because they tried to over charge me for my nails. Online pricing says one price but then tried to charge me $11 over that. When I asked why there was conflicting pricing, didn’t really get an answer. To add, I did not get anything added or special to my nails to warrant the additional cost. Be aware of the potential scam in pricing. I really like how my nails turned out, but know the price going into it.

Holly did an amazing job! I just moved here from DC and had been going to the same person for the last ten years. I’m so happy that Holly exceeded all my expectations I had a gel manicure , pedicure, and eyebrow wax and everything was excellent I will definitely be back

Just the kindest people! Angie was sooo attentive to detail and so kind to me. I have naturally really small and short nails and she never made me feel insecure about them at all. Love this place and I will always keep going back!
