I have been going to Jacki for 40 years. I highly recommend her. She is very easy to schedule and usually responds within a few minutes. Also has an excellent location just off Greenville Avenue in Staunton.

I've been going to Jacki for years and I can't think of going to anyone else. Even in times when I have moved out the Shenandoah Valley, I still try to make frequent opportunities to visit just so I can get haircut. She is attentive, a great listener, I have enjoyed our many conversations immensely.

Jacki has cut my hair since I was 16! She’s a very talented lady and a great friend. Now she cuts my mother’s hair and my son. Would highly recommend her and you will not ever be disappointed.

I’ve been a regular at Jacki’s for 7 years. She always finds a way to fit me in when my schedule changes at the last minute. She remembers my head and my hair and gives great suggestions about what looks best on me. Her vast experience gained from 4 decades in the business is apparent. The best cuts I’ve ever had have been Jacki’s.

My first time here! And I must say Jacki really knows how to trim up a mullet!This is the best mullet trim my son has ever had. I will definitely be back when his hair needs trimmed up again! Excellent service. Thank you, Jacki! And such a cute little salon

Basic kids cut but $18 is expensive to me for a kids cut. I didn't appreciate her interactions with my kids or how she speaks to them either

Jacki is a rockstar!! She intuitively knew what I was looking for without much explaining and corrected what previous barbers messed up while casually fixing me up! She even helped me out with a valentines day gift for my wife. Way to go Jacki, highly recommend!!

Jacki is one of the best, if not the best barber in the Staunton Augusta area, shes very kind, professional, quick, clean, and all around pleasant, shes one of the only people who can actually get my hair the way i like it (I have very thick hair) and yet she cuts it in the most perfect way, definitely making her shop my exclusive!

Jacki's Clipper Works is the Best! I needed color correction and no one could see me on the same day.. my husband has been going to Jacki for years and suggested I call her.. She fit me in knowing I needed correction. My hair looks better than it's looked in years and I have already booked my next appointment. I definitely recommend Jacki's Clipper Works.

This is my second visit to Jacki and I am going to be a permanent client for sure! This lady has skill! I have very fine hair and one mistake could ruin my style.
