THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! First off I’m an army wife and my husband is deployed. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 4 year old. Took me forever to build up courage to even go out in a town I’m alone in. I finally said fine I’m going to get my nails done. Took kids iPads sat them down while I got my toes done and nails done. My kids wernt bad at all. I even had a customer tell me how good my kids were to stop stressing and enjoy myself. I got my toes done and then they refused to do my refill on my nails said my kids where to much and id have to come back another day. Literally put me in tears and just ruined every bit of confidence I was trying to build while I’m alone for 9 months. What’s a mom suppose to do when she is alone with no family and no support system. They treated me like I was trash!!! I even told them several times my husband is deployed he’s in the army. I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! Not to mention they only had one customer the whole time I was in the mail salon.

Well I got my toes and nails done and they didn’t ask me what I wanted done just did what they wanted and booted me and automatically assumed I was military as for the pedicure it was somewhat decent but I didn’t even get the spa I wanted nor asked for they cut the life out my manicure my hands hurt and I don’t know if this happens with everyone but I asked what was in the acrylic powder (cause it made me itchy and it normally does but this time it burned ) and they just brushed it off and said the normal now I don’t usually act overdramatic but normally that wouldn’t make my skin brake out in hives , last time coming here , the lady with the glasses was having a bad day I was taking my time to understand and instead she kept rolling her eyes at me and it’s not normally 90$ last time I was here it was 74$ for manicure and pedicure. Thanks for the rip off

I wish I could write less than one star! This place was horrible. The attitude of the staff was just hateful. I will not be back even if it was the last nail place around.

I just arrived in town and needed a nail place. I will never come back, the staff is rude and doesn't listen to what you want and it was so expensive. This was my mistake for coming here but I learned. Never again will I come back. No offer for a drink or anything. Take me back to my nail tech 😭 avoid this place if you can.

They are very expensive and then the lady says they don’t have diamonds but the other people too. Now this is crazy my oldest took us to get nails done and she didn’t pay much but when I took me and my little girl they had the nerve to charge me 104 dollars 🤬🤬🤬 the hell for two hands and hers is short short and mines not long. Will never go back there again

Worse experience ever. They discriminate and are clearly very racist. They provide horrible customer service and services rendered are over priced and are poorly executed. I only gave one star because it’s required..zero stars for this establishment. It is filthy and they use the same equipment on customers without sanitizing after each use. Avoid this place.

Ever since I started getting my nails done at 15 years old I’ve gone here. And I still go at 22 years old!! They’re so nice and they make you feel welcome. And they always call me baby ^_^ love them!! Never have gone to anyone else and as long as I’m in Louisiana I never will go to anyone else. Thanks guys!! Ps ask for Henry if you want nails like mine. He did them!!

I have been going to j nails for a few years… never ever had a problem. The place is clean and the staff is enjoyable. I for one am glad they are here in leesville!

Very great staff. I got a manicure and pedicure here as well as eyebrow wax and everything came out perfect. I am very picky and they definitely met the standards. They’re clean, professional and I brought my nieces and they took great care of them as well. I was skeptical with the reviews but they didn’t disappoint. I recommend

I had my.acrylics soaked off. The shop wasn't busy at all. She told me that I should just get a fill coz my nails were going to be soft. But, I asked to just soak it off and do a manicure and gel polish. I know exactly how the nails would look if the acrylics are 100 % removed. After I showed her the bumps on my nails. She said it was nornal. I know for sure she didn't fully soak off the acrylics. The manicure was horribe as well. I do not recommend this shop. GO somewhere else.

One start just for being open today…Usually I have no problem at this salon. Today I went with my 5 year old- I was getting a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and a regular pedicure for my daughter. We were sat, water was filled. When I asked for my daughter’s nails to be painted first so they could dry, I was told that another tech would have to do it. Then I asked for my water to be hotter and the lady drained all the water out and told me that the other tech would do both our feet. When I asked about having water to soak my feet while we wait, I was told that it was going to be too long a wait to get water in mine. Then the lady walked off, sat behind one of the tables and started playing on her phone. No explanation, no service, just being rude and had an attitude. I promptly dried both my and my daughter’s feet and went elsewhere. This was a lesson for my daughter- when you are purchasing a service, and just generally in life, you don’t allow people to be rude to you and treat you badly.

Super nice people but 2 hours after my pedicure, my regular polish never properly dried and slide right off my nail. 40$ deluxe pedicure just to have to repaint them myself

Absolutely LOVE this nail shop! They really do treat you like family and as if you are the most important client they have. Prices are typical of a nail salon, nothing crazy. Wendy and Henry are the absolute best!

I went to get a color changed and they charged me $20. I asked why the owner said because I gel color removed and cut down plus a new color (that was NOT gel). I said okay, I'll pay but I did not ask for a cut down. She reply was " IT DOESNT MATTER. And the pricesare listed here". When the tech that actually did my nail said "regular is only $10". She also told him " it didnt matter...I will not go back. She just lose a customer!!

The guy shaped my nails way too slim after i told him Not to. I shower him a pic of what i wanted and did not get anything close to it. He shaped my nails poorly. The polish was painted on poorly. I hate my nails. After i told him i didnt like the color he got Up and stormed off.

Went a few times before and the staff was very quick and nice. However, I went in the other day and the older lady was very rude to me and my friend. First telling us that we can’t do regular nail polish and then saying that if we wanted it we could get up and find it ourselves. Then making rude remarks to us throughout our entire time being there, and at the end she tells me to not leave without paying even though I already paid & tipped… I would not recommend going there for anything but eyebrow waxing
