They are all very friendly but my favorite hair stylist is Caitlin! I have never been disappointed in my cut, color or style. She keeps me looking younger than I am!

I was so bummed out when my previous hairdresser cancelled on me last minute so I started calling around to find someone who could possibly take me in today. My husband had already arranged to be home earlier so I didn't want to have to plan around his schedule for another appointment. I desperately needed a cut - my hair was so damaged at the ends. I left a message and I received a call back from Monica shortly after. She was able to see me this evening and I'm actually so glad that it worked out the way it did because she is AMAZING! Really friendly and funny - and the salon was ADORABLE and very conveniently located. I got my hair layered and she did it perfectly - exactly what I wanted. I've found my new hairdresser!!

I have been Caitlin's client at Joyce Gibson salon for several years. I have always been impressed with the professionalism and skill of not only Caitlin, but the owner Joyce. I always receive compliments on my hair, color, cut, style and I must give credit to the up to date talent along with skill of Caitlin. I highly recommend Joyce Gibson salon.

I've been going to Caitlyn McFarland for a few years now and constantly receive compliments on my hair color and cut. Both Caitlyn and Joyce are always so sweet and accommodating, always a pleasant experience. Cute and quaint little salon. Highly recommend it!

Joyce is amazing!! I've been getting my hair done at her beautiful salon in Helotes since she opened over 3 years ago and when she was at another location!! Her style is simply stunning with her chic but country style, just perfect for our hill country town. She is a blessing to me and I encourage anyone to stop by and see that she has something to offer that is uniquely for you!! Very personal experience. Joyce is like a best friend to everyone!! Joyce is so amazing! She has been my stylist for over 10 years and I would never choose anyone else. I am so proud of her for opening her own salon, J Gibson Salon, in Helotes. It is such an amazing place with a great atmosphere and cozy environment. I highly recommend her salon and Joyce!

Called the salon 3 weeks in advance to set this up, and booked an appointment with Morgan. I came home early that night to watch the kids so my wife could have her hair done. Morgen was 30 minutes late for the appointment. She said that she assumed we weren't going to show up because she never spoke with us again after the initial appointment was made 3 weeks prior. She claimed to have made an attempt to contact me to verify the appointment, however, I never had any missed calls, voicemails, texts, emails, smoke signals, career pigeons, etc etc. She had both my number and my wife's number but neither of us heard from her. After my wife waited 30 minutes for Morgen to show up at the salon, she turned my wife's hair grey/green instead of light brunette. Then she charged my wife full price for the color ($75). I told my wife to reach out and ask Morgen to fix the color. Morgen said she would call my wife back the next day and let her know when she can come in, and again, Morgen never called. Now we are headed to the east coast to visit her family for a wedding shower, the 4th of July, and her birthday, and my wife is very unhappy about her hair color. Needless to say this puts a damper on our trip. The 2 stars are for the fact that Morgen did a good job on the haircut, and I want to give the other stylists in the salon the benefit of the doubt that they don't all operate this way. But I am not pleased.
