I've had such a great experience at the IWH MedSpa with Chrissy. She is well-informed, highly skilled, and very kind. She consults with me patiently, explaining all the treatments and gives honest medical advice on what will work for me. She explains the treatments as she is applying them and tells me what to expect at the time of treatment and in the long term. She is gentle and very kind. Chrissy is amazing!

Chrissy was amazing! She is very professional answered all of my questions and went really into detail on what she does. I felt very comfortable with her and now she has a new client. Definitely recommend her at the IWH.

Dr. P and her team are the best! They are friendly, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. Caitlin is one of the best injectors I’ve found, and I have been very happy with the results of every treatment I’ve received at IWH! Highly recommend this practice for all things aesthetics!

I had an excellent experience with Chrissy for my first Botox treatment. “The lip flip”. I was quite nervous since I had never tried anything like this before, but she was incredibly supportive and attentive. She took the time to address all my concerns, and the results are fantastic! I highly recommend her services.:)

I got my my lips done by Caitlin and she's the best! I get so many compliments on them! I wanted them to look natural but still add volume and they are exactly what I wanted. I also got dysport/botox and she answered all my questions and concerns. The whole staff is friendly I definitely recommend coming here for aesthetic services !

The service provided by the staff at IWH Med Spa is AMAZING. I have visited a handful of med spas over the years and have never received perfect service from beginning to end like I did at IWH. They were welcoming, kind and made me the focus of their attention when talking/working with me. Caitlin engaged in conversation, educating me on my procedure and she listened, which I have found rare in these types of situations. She focused on me and what I wanted my results to be and the results were indeed remarkable. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is the BEST place for treatments. I have received treatments from certified dermatologists that left unwanted dark spots. Apparently, Asian skin requires a more gentle approach. Caitlin knew exactly what I needed and the results are amazing!
