I've been working as a licensed massage therapist in the Hudson Valley for 19 years. I Graduated from the Hudson Valley school of Massage Therapy in 2005. I am a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage professionals. At I've Got Your Back Massage Therapy you will always get a customized therapeutic massage that addresses your bodies needs. I use swedish, deep tissue, and stretching massage techniques as well as essential oils, heat packs, and hot towels to elevate your experience. I also offer prenatal massage as well as CBD massage. One word for Shelia - PHENOMINAL! I’ve been her client for over 10 years, and now I see her weekly. Yes - she’s that good! Not only does she relieve the tension in my body, but the entire experience is therapeutic. From her relaxed setting to her excellent care, she always sets me at ease with her kindness and expertise. I immediately feel welcomed when I enter her private, peaceful space and I’ve never had a session that felt rushed. She actually gives a full 60- or 90-minute massage...not 50 or 80 like other places, and she's never tried to sell me products. I always leave feeling like a new person. Shelia is professional, knowledgeable and beyond talented. If you’re seeking someone that genuinely cares about your needs, you’ve found her. I’m thankful I did and you will be too!

The best massage I’ve ever received. I had come in with a tweaked neck, and sheila sorted it out beautifully. I didn’t even realize the tension I was carrying in my shoulders until it was over. Would give more stars if I could, highly recommend. Most relaxing experience I’ve ever had

My massage from Sheila was great! One of the best I’ve had. She does a good deep tissue massage, good pressure while working with the body at the same time. I like the body oil and essential oils she uses. She used cbd oil on me. It helped me to relax more. I had an injury in my shoulder and the pain lessened significantly the next day after the massage. The massage and cbd oil helped it to heal. I will definitely go to Sheila again. I recommend her to everyone. She is very kind and considerate. Her massage room is relaxing, cozy, comfortable. Her massage table is just right. She pays attention to detail Everything was a great experience.

Shelia is great! I have had both deep tissue and regular massages from her. She always applies the right amount of pressure, that makes you comfortable. She does a great job and is professional!

Very relaxing. Warm, comfortable. Sheila massaged my legs first and let me relax more before she massaged my back. I really liked that.
