I had an amazing experience with Nurse Injector Yajaira. It was my first time getting injections and she took the time to explain the procedure, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable. The process was quick and painless, and I love how natural my results look, no overdone appearance which I was afraid of. My forehead lines are significantly smoother, and I feel more confident. Yajaira is the best! I’ve gotten lip filler and a few other things from her for a few years now and she is literally the best! She’s the only injector I’ve ever had to meet all my expectations! Definitely definitely book your next visit with my girl!

I wanted to actually see my lips 💋 they are very thin & any kind of color is a waste of time to try to wear. After 1 visit I am pleased with the results! I will be going back in 2 weeks for a recheck (very professional, they take this very serious). Very professional staff, very professional RN taking care of you every step. This is a safe, secure and accurate procedure. If you're thinking about lips fillers, this is the place! Stop thinking about it & make an appointment. You will be smiling 😃

It’s no secret at it’s a secret med spa when it comes to Yajaira being the best injector out there. Truthfully, after getting my jaw and Botox done by her I can’t bring myself to trust anyone else. More professional then Ice Cube on a an ice dispenser. Number one injector in all of Texas you truly can’t miss when it comes to having all your injections needs met by Yajaira. My injector was Janessa and I absolutely adored her! I went in because I wanted a more natural enhancement with facial balancing. She listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable 100% of the way. She’s good vibes and funny! All the staff is really nice as well! Deff recommend for fillers/botox

5 stars all around 😇 Janessa and the staff made it an amazing experience for me. I was scared going in never having experienced getting any work done but the staff was so friendly , the atmosphere was clean and soothing , and Janessa reassured me of everything and made sure I was 100% satisfied . Highly recommend this location and I look forward to coming back . I got lip fillers 1 full syringe . If you're looking for your sign to get your lips done this is it ! Or anything for that matter . I absolutely loved my experience! The ladies were so friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable. My results sre absolutely beautiful! No high pressure sales... Which I have found to be common in OTHER Spas. Jasmine greeted me at the front desk, with warmth and professionalism. Janessa Chavez, the RN was extremely knowledgeable, put me at total ease, and was like an angel. 🌞 Super happy with my results. This is my new home for any spa treatments. 🩷🪷🩷

I absolutely LOVED my experience at It's A Secret Med Spa. Janessa was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I got quite a bit of work done and she was so calming and made me feel so relaxed. I got my jawline, cheeks, chin and lips treated with fillers. Dysport to my crows feet, chin and the down turn corners of my mouth. I hardly felt a thing. She honestly does have a gentle touch. This was my first visit to this hidden gem of a med spa, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. I had Botox and filler treatments with Michelle, who was not only knowledgeable but also warm and personable, making the entire process seamless and comfortable. The receptionist at checkout was equally efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free end to my visit. As a first-timer, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I left feeling confident in my decision. I had a very great experience with this facility. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was able to set an appointment easily online and my consultation with their providers for medical clearance was simple yet thorough. My injector Bianca was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns as a first time lip filler client. I absolutely love the results I got. I will definitely be returning for future sessions and other cosmetic procedures!

I was super excited for this company, and I hoped it was excellent because it’s hard to find trustful med spa place. But again, I applied for a virtual consultation, and although they’re open they wouldn’t answer any call and they haven’t sent any virtual consultation information and I couldn’t cancel ahead of time because I knew something was off. 1 star for bad communication :( I hope they don’t charge my card for their negligence!
