Tee is awesome! She did my acrylic removal, gel manicure, and deluxe pedicure with gel. IQ is also the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. Everyone is constantly cleaning and sanitizing.

Will not return to this salon. I have gone multiple times looking to get a basic pedicure and they push up-charges so hard that it’s not even a relaxing experience. Last time I went the nail tech insisted that I get a gel pedicure. Literally asked 15 times and then said “so we will just do that” without me agreeing to it or telling me the price. At the end the gel pedicure was poorly done, one foot had half the polish on it of the other one so they look like completely different colors. They make you sign before your service saying that their work is final. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I suggest the workers to learn English and communicate properly. Please, so your customer never get in trouble or scam. Like this, I appreciate your support. I yes, you're help. I like my nails but I had and it was my first time if you have a first customer. You should charge it reasonable An communicate.. What does his prize going be?Thank you. "I had a terrible experience at this place. First, they stole $50 from me, which is completely unacceptable. Then, when I went to get my nails done, they quoted me $80, but later charged me $75 without explanation. The lack of transparency and honesty is shocking. This kind of treatment is unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Be very careful if you decide to go here!" I hope you understand and give me answer. I took myself and my mother there for my birthday to get myself a manicure in both of us a pedicure we had an absolute great experience and the whole staff was attentive to our needs add very nice and professional also the building and their equipment are very clean we will be going back.

I went to the salon to purchase a gift card for my daughter for Christmas. When I was paying the lady handed me the machine to leave a tip. I hit the other button that said other 0.00. Then I went to hit the green button and i hit a 7 on accident. When I went to go backward the machine went to a new screen. I handed the machine back to the employee and said I don’t know what happened. She said with a very angry tone, “what did you do?!” I told her what I thought I did. She responded “I went back to the history and you cleared it out now I have to start over. You have to push this button” I apologized and paid and thought to myself why didn’t she tell me that in the first place. Then she followed me out to my car when I was leaving! It was very awkward and uncomfortable. I am not sure if she thought I was trying not to pay for the gift card but that wasn’t my intention. I felt to be made out like some sort of criminal being scolded and then followed out. I have been to this salon multiple other times and have spent quite a bit of money there but after today’s experience I will not be going back and will be taking my business else where.

I’m always extremely happy after visiting IQ Nails. I’m in Gainesville 3 to 4 times a year to visit my parents and I look forward to getting my Supreme Deluxe Pedicure each time. The 45 to 50 minutes spent on my feet are so amazin and everyone there is great. I got an extra special thank you to Kim who completed my visit with a brow wax and manicure with dip finish. My cuticles had obviously been neglected by my regular tech back home and I hadn’t even noticed until they were actually manicured. The dip polish is gorgeous and she pointed out a step in the dip process that had been skipped potentially damaging my nail bed.

My technician was Wendy and she is great. The place is extremely clean, the technicians know how to do their job. It is somewhat difficult to have a conversation because some lack of English.

They do such a good job here with the whole family, including my 5 year old. It's clean and is ventilated enough to not smell the chemicals.

We showed up at 6:15 (close at 7) asked if we could get two pedi"s. They said sure! Ordered 2 Classic Deluxe pedi which should take 40 minutes based on what the menu said. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Everything was rushed. My daughter had her polish applied (no gel) then he put her shoes on and helped her out of the chair. She is home with fresh wet polish! They could have easily said we can't perform your Deluxesbecause of time. I'm not going back

Have been going to IQ for awhile. Went in for Halloween nails and Katie was happy to make that happen. They turned out great and look awesome.

I have given them plenty of chances and they still provide subpar services. The only reason I have returned is because it is close to my house. The nail polish has bubbles in it, it isn’t smooth and they don’t seem to notice it. The work isn’t neat and when I am playing 50+ then I’d hope to receive adequate services. Do yourself a favor and find another salon. I don’t recommend this place.

The staff is always wonderful. Been using this saloon for years..never disappointed. Highly recommend this business. Katie the owner is fantastic. Her shop is always clean and organized. Stop by, you won't be disappointed. Also she has a special section for kids to get their nails done..my 4 yo granddaughter says it's for princesses

When you were located at Wal-Mart the service for Pedicures was much better. The last few times I have visited the Pedicure's were below average at best. What happened to all the girls that were amazing? Also two visit ago (a new older lady) waxed my eyebrows....She completely destroyed them, I was in shock. A year ago I would recommend to everyone - not now. Probably my last trip.

Kim always does and excellent job on my nails. I won't let anyone else touch my hands and feet. I've gone other places but not anymore. Kim, KD and the staff are the BEST!

Kim is my preferred stylist. I have never had any problems with her services. She is very professional and detail oriented. I've had several surgeries on my hands and she makes it a point to allow adjustments so I am comfortable.

The team at Nail world is awesome! It’s too dark or Id take a photo of my Easter nails. Cindy did my nails , she’s a sweet lady (& she’s been doing nails for 10 years! They are very kind, I used to get my nails done at the Walmart nail place, but this is now my new place!

First time coming here and everything was amazing . Good customer service ! I don’t know the nail tech name but he was amazing on my pedicure. It was so relaxing. Already booking another appointment right now ! :)
