Very nice. They make you feel welcome and comfortable while getting yours nails and/or toes nails did. Tom is amazing. Greets everyone that comes thru that door with a smile and kind words. They are patient while you pick your color and some even recommend colors to you. Great place!!!!

I tried this salon this week because my normal salon wasn’t open, and I had to get a new set put on. I am used to having long nails and I went in asking for long stiletto nails. I also have eczema on my hands that is very noticeable and even covers my fingers and the nail tech I was with had me put my fingers in a bowl of acetone to melt my previous set off, and when I said that it burned because I have eczema on my hands she said “Sorry, can you put your pinky further down into the bowl” after everything was melted off and I was shaking because my fingers hurt so badly she began filling and cut the skin around my nail in two places with the file until they bled and to that she said “Your skin is so dry.” I have never had this problem at any other salon. I also was talked out of everything that I wanted. So I finally settled on just black and I heard her whispering to her coworker that they didn’t have any black, but she never told ME that.. so I just watched as she put what looked like black nail polish on my nails, but in the daylight outside it is obviously dark blue. My nails have never looked so bad and are still sore days later.

I visited Instyle Nails for a basic pedicure. The nail tech working on my nails trimmed two of my nails on each foot and lightly filed them. This the ONLY thing she did to my actual toes besides polishing them. I told her at the beginning of the pedicure I did need work on my heels. She started to work on them and told her it was not necessary. She added hot towels to my calves as part of pedicure but I was STUNNED when she did literally nothing to my nails and the area immediately surrounding them. No buffing bar, no cuticle, nothing. But still charged me $28. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.

My daughter and I were not happy with the last nail salon we went to so we decided to give Instyle Nails a try. We could not be happier with our nails!! We have definitely found our nail salon. Tom was awesome!! We had good conversation and some laughs. I also loved the fact that I wasn't rushed to pick a color. Tom even took extra time to show me what the color I picked out would look like on the nail. So thank you Instyle for making us feel comfortable and look fabulous!!

Do not suggest going here if you have a grandmother or young child not getting anything done. My grandmother has alzheimers and was going to sit with me and they refused to just let her sit even with a mask on.

Very unprofessional. The lady glued a nail on sideways and when I mentioned it to her she had a fit and used white nail polish on my skin to look like the artificial nail she glued on sideways. I won't go back!
