if I could read the salon zero I would. I’ve been here once before to get my hair straightened. The woman I worked with in the past was pleasant but still really struggled knowledge wise with my curly hair texture so i ended up walking away with it done mediocrely. and yet I decided to give this salon, a second try to get a wash, blow dry, and flat iron service. My baby shower is in a day i’m 8 months pregnant. i communicated to the woman I spoke to over the phone my type of hair texture and the services I was looking for. it took a few minutes to find an open space and she offered 530 today 8/1/24 and to that I told her I leave work at 5:30 but I’m up the road and would be a few minutes late. She said that it’s fine. She would still book it for 530. I just now got there 5:42, and was turned away. And was told too much time had passed because another person was having their hair processed? AND that they wouldn’t have enough time to do my hair… the salon closes at 8! SO WHY BOOK ME??? especially after i communicated that my shift ends at the time i was to be scheduled. im so unbelievably upset and now i’m stressed and scrambling to find someone to do my hair. thank you for nothing.

I love Lisa! She not only makes me feel beautiful when cuts and styles my hair, but she is kind and compassionate when she cuts and styles my disabled son's hair. He uses a wheelchair and the salon is very accessible and easy to enter. The decor is beautiful and the reception desk always makes us feel special! We highly recommend!

Always a wonderful experience at this salon. All stylists are trained to preform a variety of services and are always keeping up with trending styles in addition to classic styles and services. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I've referred several family and friends here and will continue to do so. Visiting this salon is a must do!

I could not be more pleased with Insparations. I've gone to Patty for about a year and she is an incredible hair dresser. She is able to listen to what I'm looking for in my hairstyle and color and then, most importantly, provide it! The staff is warm and friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate scheduling needs and requests. I strongly recommend this salon.

I have been going to Insparations approximately every two months since everything opened up after Covid. I saw several stylists and finally found Laura. She is professional, very friendly and skilled in her craft. I was transitioning from brown highlighted hair to natural gray. Ugh! Tough transition! She skillfully worked with my hair until now I am mostly gray, and very pleased with the results. Last time, I saw Shayna, who did a superior job with my haircut and blow dry. I have always been more than pleased with everyone I have seen. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to Insparations as long as I can remember and all you feel and hear is positivity! The hairstylists are topnotch. Patty always listens and does an incredible job. When I get home all my family says is "Perfect"

I have been going to Katie Callahan at Insparations for many years. She is a great hairdresser. She always knows what I want even when I can’t explain it properly. This hair salon is wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Patty at Insparations has been my hairdresser for a number of years, after my Mom started going there first. The salon is well appointed and I especially like getting reminder texts about upcoming appointments. I get compliments on my cut and color all the time, and when my parents were ill, as long time customers, she accommodated them by visiting their home for haircuts. One of the things I like is how warm and helpful all the staff are. I am a person who loves to change things up and all my hair whims are indulged. Also, the owner was very mindful during the pandemic and I like her seasonal decor~ it adds to the overall pampering atmosphere.

The salon is always warm and inviting with trendy decor! My preferred stylist is Susan F. She has been doing my hair for over 20 years! I feel the prices are reasonable and Susan will work with me to insure affordability.

I've been coming from the other side of the CT river to go to Insparations for years. My main reason is Susan, my hairdresser, who knows my hair like no one else. But I can also vouch for the pleasant and helpful staff and the very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Insparations Salon!

Everything about this Salon is perfect. All the staff are so nice, salon is clean and very happy with my Hairdresser, Laura. She always listens to me, she steers me in the right direction. She does a great job on my colors and cuts. The owner is always so pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Insparations!

I’m sad to say that I will not be going back. The owner informed me due to the fact I had to cx a couple appointments they will not service me again. I’ve been going to Libby for 30 plus years! My parents are elderly and my father has been hospitalized recently on a life and death situation where i had no choice but to cx. Then a few days ago I received a couple Libby was not in and has to cx. Libby has cx on me many times! But I understand that family issues happen. I have found a new hairstylist and thankfully she understands. Sad that people don’t care about you anymore.
