This has become my go to stop for nails for the past few years. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming! Sarah is my go to girl and she always does an excellent job. The salon itself is very clean and very nicely decorated. I recommend this spot to all my friends!

I saw that Indigo had Dazzle Dry polish and I wanted to give my nails a break from gel. Bianca was gentle with removing my old nails & Sarah did an absolutely beautiful French manicure for me. Everyone was so sweet too. I will be back!

Today was my first visit at Indigo, I was really impressed! Everyone was friendly, the salon was very clean, and the girls did a fantastic job on my mani/pedi. I'd definitely come back!

Due to being immunocompromised from a medical disease, I have been on home isolation since March 2020. A week ago, my doctor told me to 'try going out into public, stay well protected, and see how your immune system does". SO ... one of my first adventures was to have a pedicure and facial. I searched online, to find a salon that I thought would best protect my safety ... and decided on Indigo based on the glowing reviews online. Booking the appointments couldn't have been easier ... their online booking was incredibly easy. I could find a time, a service, and an employee myself ... GREAT first impression! I had a "German Podology Pedicure" with El B. She was very personable, kind, careful, protective ... didn't judge my poor feet that were so dry and had only had 2 pedicures since 2019! That pandemic sure changed many things in our lives! Anyway, I walked away with very happy feet! Then, I had a "Signature Facial" with Aimee. Because of my medical issues and treatments, my skin on my face & hands, was so dry and in need of rescuing. Aimee first sat with me, to learn about me ... she provided me with an environment in which I felt very comfortable. She gave me simple recommendations to help my skin ... she treated me as though I was the ONLY person she had seen all day. When leaving, I got tears in my eyes ... for my first trip out of the house ... they welcomed me into their 'family'. I got a hug from Aimee ... the team all said 'good-bye' as I left. We've all experienced the many stressors of the past few years ... there is so much fear and negativity that we are seeing everywhere. The team at Indigo is at the other end of that spectrum ... they are amazing ... I hope to be allowed to go back again ... fingers crossed that my immune system is ready to protect me again ... and for sure, Indigo will remain at the top of my list!

I cannot say enough good things about Aimee, Emma, Sarah, El, and the staff at Indigo. I have been going there for 4 years (every 2 weeks since September 2022) and will never be able to go anywhere else ever again because no where can compare to the great quality I’ve received from Indigo. The staff makes it a point to remember who you are and welcome you by name every visit (even the staff members you don’t have your service with, shout out to Ryan and Ali for always knowing who I am when I enter the door). On the rare occasion that I’ve needed a nail mended, I have been able to call and get a repair appointment efficiently! The spa is incredibly clean and well kept. I usually see Emma for apres gel nail extensions and LOVE how she does my nails. Her attention to detail and nail art skills are out of this world. Today I had my eyebrows waxed there for the first time by Aimee. She explained to me how she wanted to shape my brows and why. And let me just say, they look insanely precise. I could honestly sit here for hours typing about all of the amazing experiences I’ve had at Indigo, but I’ll end this by saying book your appointment and try any of their providers. You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you to everyone at Indigo for always making me feel and look better than I did when I walked in those doors.

I can’t say enough good things about Indigo! I swore off having my nails done but I was really missing it. I tried this place because they emphasize cleanliness and not damaging your nails- they definitely live up to their claims. Everything is very clean- new files each client. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and my nails have never looked better. So happy I found them!

I got a manicure there and the price was great. They were able to fit me in after a scheduling issue and everyone was very kind. I love the gel sparkle selection. Absolutely recommend.

I have been coming to Indigo for 6 months. Hands down the most TALENTED staff! Amazing customer service. The salon is beautiful and SO clean. Book early though! They're always busy.

I have been going to Indigo for over a year now and have had a service done by every person there. However, Emma is my go-to tech and today she and El really went above and beyond. After she was finished with my services, I started to feel faint. I asked El if I could lie down in the facial room and she said yes. Shortly after, Emma came in with snacks and a water from their break room. They allowed me to lie there until I felt better. Although I was embarrassed, they assured me it was nothing to be embarrassed about and were so gracious and kind. Everyone there is so talented, kind, and fun to talk to. I look forward to my appointments every two weeks. Emma regularly tries new stuff with me and we like to mix up custom dip colors. Thank you, Aimee, for hiring such a wonderful staff. I'll never go anywhere else!

I love this place! Ryan has saved me from my experiences with unprofessional nail techs, and much less clean salons, and he saved my curved mishaped nails from their misery. He always does an incredible job so I always make sure I’m booked out at least two months in advance. Can’t beat the price of a fill at this place either! If you’re in the Rochester area and have been nail salon shopping the way I was for 5 years….look no further than Ryan at Indigo!

I was excited to try this salon as I had heard such great things. The good: everyone is super nice and friendly and very professional. The work was quick which I appreciated and they seem very knowledgeable about the health of your nails and nail care. The bad: my gel didn’t look “finished” and had started chipping at my nail edge less than a week after the manicure. My regular pedicure looks old already and is also chipping in the same way. This isn’t typical for me at all, and I was disappointed in the overall finish of my nails. I will give the salon another chance, and am hoping for a better manicure next time.

First time visiting… Ryan and Emma were very friendly and conversational, providing a relaxing and well-executed pedicure for my mom and me. We received very efficient nail trimming, cuticle care, scaling, and massaging - with and without stones. The salon music provided an upbeat yet still relaxing, environment. Overall, the vibe is inviting and the service is stellar! Excited to come back!

I don’t usually get my nails done because they are on the small side, but I decided to get them done for a special occasion and Sarah did not disappoint! The salon was clean and the other people working were friendly when I walked in. She did a GREAT job cleaning my nail beds and finding a shape that worked with my small nails. It was also very affordable and I hope to go back in the future!

I got an eyelash perm from Aimee and she was amazing. The experience from start to finish is unreal. Heated blanket for the table you lay on, your choice of music and Aimee was UNBELIEVABLE. She’s thoughtful in her conversation, gentle in her work as I’m very jumpy with my eyes. I will NEVER go anywhere else. She’s truly a professional and someone I would consider a friend. Sarah is my favorite nail tech. She’s is good when my indecisiveness leaves me unsure of what design I want on my nails, which is frequent. She’s fun to talk to and remembers details about me that allow for a continued conversation from the last time I was there. My nails are healthy and thriving which is a fine line when doing dip powder nails. I find that my nail appointment feels like catching up with a friend and I love being a client at Indigo. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend and encourage everyone considering going to do themselves a solid and go. It’s worth it, 100%.

Positives first. The salon was clean, a very nice space and the group working was kind and professional. I would recommend the salon for any other service than a dip manicure. After leaving this review the owner has reached out to me to help resolve the issue which I am grateful for. Truly amazing customer service I am hoping that the issues with my dip manicure are partially because I have oily nails and or because of a weird fluke. I still wanted to talk about my experience. I went to get my nails done with some friends on a Tuesday. I explained that I struggle to have a manicure last more than a day- polishes chip or lit off in sheets within hours on my nails and that dip from other salons often lift up around my cuticle. And that I work in an industry where I am constantly washing my hands. The nail tech then said the dip would be perfect because it is essentially cement on my nails. Within 24 hours I had one chipped nail and one nail with a hairline crack. I got an appointment on Friday to fix those two nails, but at that point the 'cracked' nail had chipped half off, the one chip that previously existed had become worse and two other nails had chipped. I asked the nails just come right off, which was done. The nail tech continued to remark how they have never seen dip come off this easily, they have never seen this before, etc etc. I am very upset that at the end of the day I spent $50 for a manicure that lasted me 3 days. Of my friends that joined me as well, one of their dip manicures began to crack on day 4.

This is the best nail salon in Penfield! Ryan does a fantastic job with my nails each time I go. Aimee does the best eyebrows ever. I would never let anyone else ever touch them! This is a fantastic salon with a great staff and atmosphere.

While traveling, I decided to get myself a pedicure as well as repair a nail that I had gotten done back home. Brittany was very friendly and gave me an excellent pedicure. I had a chrome finish on my nails and she was very diligent in finding a great color match to the chrome I already had on. They also had very fair pricing- I would definitely recommend this salon for anyone looking.
