Ina is one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met! I’m from Jersey/NYC so I’m very particular about who does my hair. I’m new to the area and just happened to see a girl with beautiful faux locs. Asked her where she gets her hair done and she referred me to Ina! I’m so so so so glad I came to her. She ateeeeeeee these jumbo Fulani braids up!!! :) 5 star review for four main reasons: 1) I had to go to PR and scheduled with her super late minute—just 2 days before my flight and she was super flexible/accommodating! 2) I told her I didn’t grow up getting braids, so I’m super tender-headed! Her hands were as light as a feather! She tended to my scalp with care. 3) She provided all the braiding hair, so I didn’t have to worry about wasting money buying too many packs OR even worse…not buying enough!🥴 4) She is so kind and considerate! I had to get my hair done while I was on (virtual) work meetings. She turned off her music and gave me the space to be productive. She wasn’t distracted at all, which made it go by so much faster! Will DEFINITELY be coming back for all my protective styling!

This is the best Hair Salon in Aurora. Ina is professional and caring. She can handle any given situation with care and enthusiasm. The shop is always clean and the braiders are awesome.

Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Ina is attentive, accommodating, and THOROUGH. I left her chair convinced there is nothing that she can not fix and beautify. I am a tender headed bleached blonde and I found myself with 1/3 of my hair dreaded in knots. I was so scared I was going to lose all of my hair but with grace and precision, Ina accepted and executed the task with EASE! I am genuinely still amazed I have all my hair and I am so grateful for her kindness and the care she took with my hair and my anxiety. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Ina is great when it comes to scheduling, and flexibility. I send her the images of inspiration and she goes to town. I am always happy with the end product and will always recommend her to others in the market for a new hairstyle!

I paid $220 for knotless braids for me to get home and my braids be all different sizes and my hair already sticking out of the braid they literally cut some of my hair trying to cut the flyaways.

My hair was bleeding, and is still healing a sore they also over charged me and lied to me , cheated me out my money and when I was told they would give me a full refund they snatched the money back for me and it’s was jus horrible I will be sueing with all my pics I have and texts I have saved and phone recordings of proof and going to the board of hair.
