Was not happy with the haircut, style or the service. I went in there for a wispy medium haircut today like Haley Williams (also mother's day) and walked out looking like Drew Barrymore from Wedding Singer. Hair dresser also can't pick up on emotional ques and wouldn't stop asking questions about my personal life that were still tender to talk about. Also, was not happy with the way she handled my hair and scalp, she was very rough with me even during the washing process. Wish I could get my husband's money back as I don't appreciate people doing with as they please with my hair whenever I had provided a very clear and specific picture of what I wanted. Had to go get my hair fixed by another professional which cost me another $50. Happy Mother's Day. 🙃

I can’t say enough good things about Sici!! This was my second time getting my hair done by her and I’m even more amazed than the first time! Sici’s knowledge of hair is obvious. Sici recommended me going darker with my color the first time I saw her, I was very hesitant and nervous, It was the best decision ever! I’m so grateful I found her!!

I am 20 years old this is the first time I have been to hair salon I was scared of cutting but when you got to cut your dead ends you have too cici was so nice very calming and patient with me and my my hair turned out very beautiful ❤️ loved it I would definitely 😁 recommend this place

I went in to get a hair cut, a trim with layers and curtain banged. Sici killed it, I love my hair. She was fast and did such a great job. I will definitely be coming back to her for all my future hair needs!

Sici has been coloring and cutting my hair for at least a decade now, since we lived in East Centennial. I now live 45+ miles north of the salon and I will continue to drive the distance for beautiful hair. She understands my hair and always does an awesome job. She's very friendly.

When I request for my receipt send to my email. After three day, haven't seen it. I reminded Sici. She wrote a text said "You are the pain on the tail bone of lady". Thought, she is good hair style, good hair cut I haven't found. But, over this situation, I decided not to come back again. Even I really like her to cut my hair.

At my initial visit, which by the way, was squeezed in due to another hairstylist at another salon destroying my hair color and cut after recently moving to CO, finding Sici was not only a blessing, but a diamond in the rough! She listened to my concerns, saw what was done to my hair, saw what my previous hairdresser and dear friend, prior to moving to CO, had always done beautifully to my hair, and proceeded to get the job done of fixing this disastrous hair color and cut to my original style! Sici’s studio is very easy to overlook in Aurora. After relocating about 2 years ago to the Aurora area, I was searching for a new stylist. After several misses and this last disaster, I was very fortunate enough to find Sici. Sici is the best stylist I have ever had here and a keeper! I have beautiful hair everyday! Prices are so reasonable and even more so considering the level of knowledge, skill and service I receive at each appointment. Sici is so terrific and I am frequently asked who I use as a hairstylist. I even have a friend/coworker who now sees Sici and very pleased with her talent as well! Sici is truly one of a kind in today’s world of customer service and I am very fortunate to have her as my hairstylist! Thank you Sici!

Best salon in town!!! Was the only place that could get the style and color I wanted. Price was reasonable and affordable!! Had the cutest pup in there that was so gentle and sweet to my 5 month old baby. Place is very neat clean and sanitized. Only place I will be going to get my hair done. Sisi is so sweet and really makes you feel comfortable definitely the place to be.

Cici is amazing!!!! I was a burgundy red and I decided to go blonde. We did 2 sessions but what a difference after the first! I’ve never gone somewhere that actually cared about there clients and told them upfront the truth and gave real expectations! I am now fully blonde and it didn’t damage my hair! I will forever and always go see Cici! I would recommend her to everyone

Great salon! My daughter and I walked into the salon and were warmly welcomed by the stylists and her little dog. I ruined my hair trying to do it myself during this crazy nightmare pandemic and I was almost at tears. But the stylist was very professional and she new exactly what she was doing! She made my hair look fabulous and I have received many compliments. My daughter and I enjoyed being in the salon especially getting to pet her cute little gentle, loving dog. The dog was very well behaved and let us pet him. This little gentle dog is not the biting kind I can assure this. The dog is really friendly and the stylist is awesome at what she does!

I went to Impressions for the first time and have never been more disappointed with a haircut. Not only did I not get anything that I asked for, but what I did get was not done well. I asked for an undercut that would go over my ear and was talked out of it by Sisi. I instead got a simple straight undercut on the back of my head. I would have been happy with this if the cut was actually straight. However, there are chunks of hair near my ears that were missed during the shaving process, which was much less accurate than previous undercuts I have had. When Sisi asked what I wanted done with the rest of my hair, I told her I only wanted a trim. Instead, she cut off 4 inches of my hair, giving me a bob that I did not ask for or want. This was one of the most expensive and disappointing haircuts I have ever recieved.

Sici at Impressions Salon is wonderful! She is an expert hair stylist! She knows exactly what to do - even "fixing" botched styles/cuts etc. Her prices are very fair and reasonable also. The salon is clean and roomy too! I won't go anywhere else - I've been coming here over a year now.
