I just discovered immersion therapy. I originally was drawn to it for red light therapy. And I have to say, not all red lights are created equal. Theirs is by far superior to what I have tried in the past. I feel like my cells are talking to one another when I’m in there. I also recently tried their cold plunge/sauna and it’s going to be my new discipline. It’s so invigorating, helps me recover quicker from workouts, and i leave feeling energized. The facility is clean and well maintained. The owners and staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their health and recovery!! Grateful to have found it!

The team is friendly and my engagements with them felt so authentic, creating a sense of support and community when facing the challenge of a cold plunge. Immersion is easy to get to, there's adequate parking, membership/pricing options are reasonable, operating hours are flexible. I was excited to find Immersion afterseeing the sign getting off of the Palazada exit. I have never cold plunged before but enjoy water and find cold water in nature invigorating. My first plunge I was hooked Jordan and Keith have been so helpful in making me feel comfortable, answering questions, giving resources for information on the practice of contrast therapy. It also helps with my muscle soreness a ton post lift dift days. The environment is clean, calming and serene. The tempature in the studio is cozy abd helps to not be extreme getting out of the plunge to allow your body to naturally start warming up. I find that it gives me tons of energy and makes me feel so good. I have been going several days a week and love it. If you are curious about the plunge hype, recovery, biohacking, contrast therapy then I would highly suggest checking them out.

Absolutely LOVED our infrared sauna and cold plunge session! It was such an invigorating feeling and we were energized for the rest of the day. Can’t wait for our next session! Jordan, Keith and Shane have created a serene atmosphere and were so eager and happy to answer any questions we had and coach us through our first cold plunge sessions! 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed the Immersion 7 day trial! We did the communal sauna and the Cold plunge. Well worth the time and money. The owners and employees were very nice and helpful. So great for recovery after a hard workout in the gym or a couple hours of pickleball! So glad we have a place now in San Clemente!

This studio is beautiful and clean with all new equipment. I had a great experience trying my first cold plunge the staff walked me through the process and gave me great advice and pointers on how to breathe properly and stay calm. After the cold plunge your body feels amazing and I couldn’t wait to try it again. They also offer lots of different options for memberships and promotions.

1 month ago, I experienced my first cold plunge at my F45 coach's NEW contrast therapy lounge. Lucky for me, IMMERSION was opening just 6 mins from me! I was so anxious right before the dip, but quickly recognized what I was missing out on and wish I started this sooner in life…it’s SO VITALIZING!⚡️ This spot has 3 cold plunges, and 2 infrared saunas. There is a communal room when you walk in, where you can sauna with 2 other people, so it's PERFECT for bringing friends and family! They've got an exclusive room where you can plunge and sauna in total privacy, making it unique from other contrast therapy businesses. They also have a recovery chair which I'd never tried before either and being someone who works out regularly and gets sore, tired limbs, is super awesome to have access to. Immersion sits in a great spot off Estrella / Palizada right by downtown San Clemente. It's clean, minimalistic and honestly, it's fun just going with someone you know too. You can plunge next to whoever you're with and then hop in the sauna (or the other way around!) I've met the owners and staff and they are super friendly, kind, knowledgable and take interest in your health goals. It would be really great to see this place succeed because they are promoting and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices and recovery for people ranging in all ages, all fitness levels, perhaps with physical conditions too. ...and I can personally attest to the mood boost after cold plunging — I feel so happy and invigorated when I leave Immersion. This was my first time cold plunging and everyone at Immersion was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I did the sauna for about 15 minutes and then straight to cold plunge for 3 minutes. It was an amazing and clean environment and everyone was very professional. I will definitely be back! Thank you Immersion Therapy Team! Best new business in San Clemente for sure.

WOW, I recently tried my first ever cold plunge and this is THE spot for it. I cannot say enough about the staff. Welcoming, attentive, informative, and encouraging. After my first plunge, I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and focused. I was stoked to see how Immersion offers a variety of plans whether you want a single plunge or a full monthly membership... I left with a full monthly membership and have been going every day. I am very thankful Immersion is here.
