I got 2 IPL the first time I went in was wonderful, I believe it was the owner that did my face or the main nurse. I don't remember her name but she did such a wonderful job. The second time I went in there was hardly and "pheel" my face really had no change. The staff are super friendly. But if you plan on getting a IPL I would ask for the owner or main nurse to do it.

Gisela is amazing, she’s honest about what she recommends and makes sure you’re comfortable 100% or the service I will only go here for filler services from now on. The team is also so sweet and provide an amazing service. 10/10 would always come back

I came in for laser hair removal. They said i will see results soon and only need about 6 sessions. Well I came for a year with double sessions and didn’t help a bit Very very disappointed and what a waste of money

Laser hair removal was ineffective. I went consistently for 1.5 years and had subpar and patchy results. They tried 3 different lasers. Some sessions hurt more than others and caused adverse effects. Also, feedback and recommendations were inconsistent amongst the nurses. Some good things were that the the front desk staff were pleasant, the facility seemed clean, and the wait wasn't usually long. However, I began to notice that I would schedule an appointment and then when they sent me a message to confirm my appointment a few days prior, it would be for a different time. At first I thought I wrote the time down wrong or put it in my phone wrong, but after it happened a few times, I realized they were adjusting the schedule. I really tried hard to like this place, but at the end of the day I paid money for a service and did not receive good results. I will try a different place for laser hair removal in the future.

Such a professional and inviting environment! The staff is so kind and authentic, such an aesthetic place, that reflects in their work! My new routinely spa! You can tell the staff really cares about their patients! I love how clean the place is and how much information I got from the nurse. She was very patient and really cared with my questions 💕

I came in for a consultation and didn't get the feeling of confidence from the nurses and staff. I also waited in the room awhile. When I asked about procedures, they did not explain very well. I received more information from the brochures I picked up.

I gave 2 stars because they are very nice and friendly here, but I do not think they have much experience with PDO threads. I left with visible threads poking out of my skin which got worse as the swelling subsided. Every time I would smile or move my face slightly you could see them through my cheek. (They were Inserted way too superficially in the skin) And there was basically no difference in my wrinkles. If anything they almost looked a little worse than when I started. Had to go somewhere else to fix the damage. A huge waste of money. That’s 2500 dollars I will never see again plus the amount I had to pay to fix it (which was almost double that amount) If you aren’t skilled at certain procedures, either don’t offer them, or make it known that you haven’t done the procedure very many times… transparency goes a long way. I wondered why it cost so much less than other places. Now I know. Thank you for being friendly and gentle, but the work screams inexperience and that is very upsetting. My job requires me to be in front of the camera quite often, and I had to take even more time off work to fix the problem created by imac. This is unacceptable. Do not do this to your patients. Would not recommend PDO threads at this medspa.

I made an appointment for IPL. I was told nothing about avoiding retinol or given any pre-procedure instructions when I made the appointment. I arrived and found out I couldn’t have the procedure because Ive used retinol in the last week. The staff was very unapologetic about it when I explained that they never instructed me to avoid retinol, and now I have to find another time to come in (which I doubt I will after this experience.) Respect your client’s time and have better procedures in place to inform them about these things so you don’t waste their time. Seems like an unprofessional office.

I’ve been with IMac Med Spa for over a year. They told me I’d see results after 12 sessions (which adds up to a year). It’s been almost 2 years with a total of 20 sessions on top of 2 free sessions due to no results. I’ve finally decided to stop going and get a wax, as well as my sister who decided to start the process with me and we would go over our results together. After being with this company for over a year they have use 3 different hair removal machines on me and the last machine has caused a lot of burning after sessions I would have missing skin and pains from burning. They properly handled the situations after I’ve complained about the burning, however whenever I would say it burns during the process they have me flinch and deal w it saying “it’s a normal process.” When I told them after the 20th session I have not seen many results and that their out nurse has talked to me about me not having results. They were willing to give me a discounted rate if their nurse believed I had no results. As of today, I have missed that check up to talk to the nurse, because it’s the same nurse for the past year who has told me my results aren’t solid. I refuse to continue paying even at a discounted rate to get burned and lose skin and still have no results. It’s been over a year, if you want better clientele inform them results won’t show til 2 year (a total of 24 sessions) is when you’d start to see results. Not everyone is the same, however for black/brown people you will get burned more than you’ll see the results. Based off of my complexion and hair texture, I’ve been told that is not the reason, however they are making more profit off us having no results.
