OK, well first off I couldn’t be happier finding these two amazing brothers! I have had a stylist for 30 years that moved to Florida years ago. I could not find anyone to do my cut or style for over four years and I have been everywhere from NYC , greenwich , New Canaan you name any top salon and I’ve been there! Welll finally, I found my diamond in the rough !!!! I’m beyond happy 🥰🥰😍😍

Love this salon! Both of my sons (aged 10 and 12) who have great hair, have outgrown the barber cuts, and we decided to graduate to a salon for proper hair styling. I’m thrilled with how they were treated and with their haircuts! The boys both loved their hair (for maybe the first time ever) and will happily return. Ilya and Rafael are professional, kind and very skilled. They really listened to us and delivered exactly what they said they would. The salon is so clean and beautiful. I haven’t had my hair done there yet, but I’ve seen men and women walk out with gorgeous hair! (They also carry a great product line!) We will be repeat customers, no doubt! BEST HAIRCUT EVER! I can put away my flat iron. I am a perfectionist and always have been to all the "best" stylists. Ilya is absolutely the best. The salon is beautiful and Ilya and Rafael are always so accommodating. They always make time.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I make this rare exception for someone truly talented at their craft… Raphael is the absolute best hair dresser in the area. He uses only top of the line products (ex. Kerastase) Absolutely incredible for haircuts and blowdrys, very receptive to requests, but if you’re interested, he stays up to date with current trends, and gives great recommendations for new cuts and styles to try. My mom and I have been seeing him for over 10 years- he is our first stop for haircuts and styling for special events, (from my barmitzvah to high school prom and more!). Every time I’m back in the area (as a busy student) I make a special effort to see him, as I don’t trust anyone else to cut my hair. He is particularly amazing for keratin treatments- they last for months longer than any other hairdresser I’ve ever received one from. In my 20s and taking my first job, I decided to cut my hair short (after having long hair my whole life) for the first time. His haircut made me feel confident and prepared to take on the professional world— and I was getting compliments from coworkers and strangers alike. Looking forward to being a continuous client of this amazing salon for many years to come!

Ilya and Rafael are fantastic and they have opened a beautiful new salon. Ilya has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and before I found Ilya, I frequented the most high end salons in New York City. There is no question, Ilya is more talented! He is a perfectionist! And, he also cuts my husband’s hair. I highly, highly, highly recommend him and this new salon - And equally important - Ilya and Rafael are super nice!

What a difference it makes when you find skilled and experienced professionals. Thank you Ilya Rafael Salon for a superb experience. It began with an expert consultation with Ilya; my hair is healthy but super fine, flat and lacked pizazz. So we started out with Sarah who did my roots then used a caramel toner which better suits my skin - this was a subtle yet powerful touch. Ilya then scissored to just the right length with masterful precision and attention to fine detail. I loved feeling great as I left the salon, but more importantly, every day is a great hair day because that’s what a great cut does for you! Thank you Ilya, Rafael and Sarah - you are the best! I had my hair colored by Sarah and my cut by Rafael and let’s just say I got home and my husband said it’s a 20/10!!!! I’m beyond thrilled I found them. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in years. Instead of telling them what I wanted I asked for their opinion and collaboration. This salon is wonderful! I got balayage done with Sarah. I told her I wanted to be brighter but have more of a lived in look. She took the time to really listen to me during the consult and executed to perfection! I am so happy with my hair and am constantly getting compliments! 10/10 recommend her! I am so glad to have found this salon and Sarah in Darien!

I highly recommend this new salon in Darien. I’ve been having Rafael cut my hair and do occasional keratin treatments for a few years and was excited to learn he and his brother, Ilya, opened their own salon not far from my home in Greenwich. Yesterday I was able to enjoy an appointment in the beautiful new space where I had the pleasure of meeting Ilya and receiving once again a perfect haircut and keratin treatment from Rafael. I’ll definitely be back!

Ilya Rafael Salon is the best Salon I have ever been to. From the the moment you enter you are greeted not only from the staff but the warmth you feel when you walk in. Solon is beautiful and well maintained. They offer complementary coffee or bottle water. Ilya took the time that was necessary to listen to listen to me and my needs and cut my hair with perfection. After cutting he washed my hair to cut remove all the little hairs and then styled it. Very happy with the result! Felt like a new man when I walked out. Highly recommend this place!
