Didn’t really know what to do with or about my experience… I left my haircut this morning and cried in my car. Let me give a little detail here , I posted publicly looking for a new stylist and Melissa was recommended. I did some research, learned she has been with the salon for 13 years , and it was voiced that she enjoys shorter styles. I feel I went more than prepared with 13 pictures of styles I wanted, now when I say 13 they all generally were such similar cuts with minor differences. What I walked out with is no where , no how , even remotely similar to a single one of the pics we discussed. To also put into perspective is I’m a 64 year old woman and never ever have I felt so unheard and invisible. The entire experience was horrible, very little talk , the shampoo which is an additional request and cost was beyond lame. Certainly not what they are taught nor anywhere close to a professional shampoo that I have ever received. Did I say anything ..NO … a combination of reasons for this , the setting being one. Entirely unable to do so discreetly in a busy setting such as that . I was far to upset to open my mouth without crying , however now the mood is anger and venom but that doesn’t help either. I would be remiss if I didn’t write a review as this is a service that the cost have to me gotten ridiculous , but also the need to be mindful that you get what you pay for and going to a salon that prides itself on being trendy and have employees that are trained, knowledgeable and boosts of continual learning this cost would be reflected in outcome of the service provided IT WAS NOT. Then to be handed the terminal for payment and the first screen is tipping …. Oh what an insult … I pride myself on rewarding anyone in the service field , but give me that opportunity to give because it was warranted not as a forced step in payment. So nothing can be changed with the posting of this review but hey it’s available on their website and as I have addressed it not just the service of the cut … it’s the shampoo and conditioning, the atmosphere, the small talk , the fact that my direction and what I was looking for we’re ENTIRELY dismissed. I’d post pics of myself and the cuts that I requested but simply can’t because I can’t even look at it myself let alone post for all to see.

Ailee is fantastic. I got a light trim, natural highlights and she styled it in waves too good to not show off!! So here they are! I wish I had a before pic cause trust me, this was a makeover. I had waited too long to get it done. This was my first time at Identity. Really nice comfortable salon, smells great, nice atmosphere, great products used, clean salon, hair done in an efficient timeframe! Thanks Ailee & Identity!

Great experience! Had a special request before arriving and owner called the day of the appointment to update me on the special request (and was able move my appointment an hour later). Lovely atmosphere and wonderful stylists.

I was looking for a spa/salon to have my first ever styling experience; Identity was highly recommended so I called. I met with Ardon who took me under their wing to make me feel special. We worked together and with their gentle suggestions we found what I feel was the BEST hair style for me. Ardon had me so relaxed by the time they finished washing my hair I knew for sure I'd made the right choice! Absolutely a very talented and professional stylist. The atmosphere is welcoming, the coffee delicious, and the layout provides privacy while your stylist works with you. Now I know why Identity is so highly recommended!

From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly & offered me water. I had my appointment with Arden, who is truly the best! I showed him some inspo photos & honestly, my haircut turned out way better than I expected! Hands down, the BEST hair wash experience I’ve ever received! I was so relaxed, felt like I was at a spa! Arden is talented, listened to what kind of haircut I wanted and he succeeded beyond my expectations! I am definitely going back! I love my appointments at Identity Salon, Ailee & Arden were amazing today, Ailee tried out the accelerated root dye , worked great and Arden was so gentle with my hair extensions, so relaxing and looked beautiful. I highly recommend either of these two because they take the time and discuss your hair and what you want and execute it perfectly 👌 🥰

Everyone was offered a drink when they arrived. Myself, I was offered a drink after being there for 35min. Other then that I found the staff very friendly. I just wish there was a little more experience for what I wanted done. The effort was 5 stars, the results led to me taking alot of criticism at the gala I attended .😔 No it was not today it was on Nov17 . Definitely the right salon.

Today, my experience was nothing short of perfection! Arden was AMAZING! the confidence and skill this stylist showed was the perfect match to my nervous impulse of needing a miracle and taking a chance on someone new. I’m not a mom that gets to spend money on doing my hair on an ongoing basis, so for me, walking into a new business and giving a total stranger control over my hair is a new experience for me, but today, I was shown that perfection does exist. This stylist took all of my anxiety and fear and turned it into everything I wanted without barely even saying what I needed! Aside from being so relaxed and pretty much falling asleep, it was the relaxation I needed to come to reality to see the amazing work once I had awakened! Thank you so much for everything today and see you again in the near future! <3

We went to Identity for the first time and Ailee cut my son's hair, and she did such an amazing job and was so lovely and nice! We will definitely be back!
