There are too many people involved with making a simple appointment. Personally, I think the virtual consultation is not necessary. I feel more comfortable going to the Medspa and having the practitioner who is going to administer the Botox to consult with me. I received way too many phone calls offering me deals and coupons and confirmations for one simple appointment. I ended up cancelling and not even attending the appointment.
