It was just Ok, it took some Time to get the Provider Online, and I felt the Machines were Outdated! I felt Pressured to Buy a Package that I really didn't Want or Need for My Skin, , the consulter just kept trying to get me to add things on so I could get the free facial and I felt So Pressured to buy More Stuff!And there is No Parking, had to walk a good ways wish I was told that ahead of Time and I think the Machines are Outdated and staff wasn't knowledgeable enough on the type of machines they use or what kind of products that they use also, this was A Big Mistake buying Online! Wish I could Change the Package that I was Sold by Someone that really Didn't Know My Skin and just Sold Me A Package that I have Already Done in the Pass and Didn't get Good Results but still Didn't Listen to Me, just Saying Their Machines were so much better than when I was going Before and that's Definitely not true by looking at No Results to My Face!!!

Ideal image is way overpriced and most of the technicians are not well trained at all. I've had several things done including Botox, Juvederm, and BBL and was very disappointed with the results.

Tammie was very informative, awesome, and passionate about Ideal Image products and how they have the potential to help individuals reach their ideal goals. To be fair, I just enrolled in this program and haven’t yet gained personal experience to know whether CoolSculpting actually works. I have had three visits and everyone has been very welcoming. It will be a few weeks for results from one treatment to show and the other treatment is one of several. So far I have been pleased with the atmosphere and the professionalism.

Not impressed. I liked the aesthetician just fine. The phone call just to make the appointment was a little awkward to say the least But never having been here was totally shocked that once i was there I had to do a consult On their tablet with "I don't know who" and then had someone else that was the injector. Also, fair warning I wish I would've known that parking is very very limited. You need to park in the garage because there are no open spaces. I don't mind walking but a heads up would be nice so that your not late by 10 min.

This was my third time at this location and I was very unhappy with the nurse that did my procedure. First thing was I could not hear her. I had to keep asking her what she said and she went through the procedure so quickly that I do not feel like she did the whole area. For neck and chin she might have did the laser gun a total of five times. I was very confused when she started cleaning up. I do not want her again. I’m not sure if she was new or not but she was not as good as the others I had.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS PLACE. Total scam. They will book your appointment quickly and organize financial options with numerous different 1 800 numbers. They will harass you endlessly if you sign up for more info, don't do it. If you try to cancel, know that you will be handed off to different people saying different things and nothing will get done. Do not go through the trouble with this place or staff, it is a pure nightmare. 0 stars

I absolutely enjoy getting my treatment. Mia, my provider is super sweet and kind. She is always helpful and friendly. She makes the process smooth and easy. Also I can’t believe how amazing the treatment is going so far. The unwanted hair is falling off! Excited for the summer time to show off my hairless legs 😂

This was my first time at the Raleigh location and it was awesome!! I had my laser done with Mia and she was such a sweetheart!! Very patient with me because I’m usually such a baby!! (I hate pain) Overall the experience was awesome and I highly recommend this location!!

I’ve been to Ideal Image 3 years ago and had a great experience back then. I had to unfortunately stop any sessions as I became pregnant and life took over. I’ve returned now and the services are better and appreciate them for providing results I’ve been looking for. I had Tatiana complete my session and she was great and friendly!
