Totally recommend this location! The results were amazing after only ONE session. The staff was very attentive to detail and continue to excel the expectations I had before I started laser treatment. If you are thinking about this, just do it! You won’t regret.

Update: 7/24/24 I came to see Casey at Ideal Image drove out of town to get treated by thi aPRN Casey I love her working with me Awesome job and quick I really appreciate all the work how the ladies handle my care with respect, professional, and friendly, front and back but the office service that is on 34th and Williston. Casey The Nurse Practitioner worked on me today she did An amazing Services, generous, gentle. I truly Recommend her. I will continue my treatment with her.I am very satisfied.

It was an awesome experience. She was sweet as could be. And offered all the information I needed as far as aftercare, and as she was doing the injection, she told me what she was doing. Told me the after effects to be looking for. Went above and beyond.

I had my first treatment and I must say, I was a bit nervous. Serena made my experience go by so smooth. She provided all the info I needed and made the treatment a breeze. I look forward to my next visit. All of the office staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I just moved here and had to transfer services so I was a little nervous about starting with a different location. But Toni who I talked to first was so kind, helpful, patient, and took care of all my appointments and getting me ready for my first appointment here. Then I arrived and was met by Toni and Joi, so kind and professional. Joi did my treatment today and was phenomenal! Again kind, patient, professional, and a joy to work with as a patient. She made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. I'm so grateful to have found this location and these wonderful people!

Joy was amazing she put me ay ease through the entire treatment. Joni explained everything to me and continuously checked to make sure I was ok through the whole treatment. She explained to me more products that were available as well as answered any questions I may have. Linderia greeted me with a smile and kindness when I came in. They both were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Sarina was terrific! She is so fun while being professional and really works hard to make sure you are cared for. She is friendly and patient, thorough and detail orientated! The office staff are great to;, Toni does my scheduling and even calls me to make sure i don't miss my appointments!
